Chapter 3
Finn finally got up from the bed, still a little dazed after his conversation with Chris. He couldn't stop smiling. Actually, he couldn't remember the last time he was this happy about his job.
And of course his first instinct was to call Millie. He knew that she had work or some meeting early in the morning, but he didn't know the details. Just... She has always been the first person to know about all of the big things that were happening in his life. This time couldn't be different.
He took his phone from the bed and tapped on the screen a couple of times. He waited for a while, but she didn't answer the call.
Well, maybe he called in a bad moment, he thought, tossing his phone on the nightstand. Then he made his way to the bathroom.
All he could think about was his new movie. He dreamed for years about working with Wallace, he wanted to do another drama movie as such complicated character with conveying so many different emotions and feelings. "Wait for me" seemed like a perfect opportunity to do that. He was looking for a new challenge. As simple as that.
He couldn't wait to bring James to life.

'Millie, turn off your phone.' Kathy said with exasperation.
Millie looked up at her manager, wrinkling her nose.
'Finn is calling.'
'You can call him back after our meeting.' Kathy shrugged. She hated being interrupted. And she was in a bad mood today, too.
She was in her mid-thirties, but sometimes she was acting like Millie's mother and Millie wasn't sure if she liked it.
'Yeah, okay.' Millie sighed, rolling her eyes.
Kathy looked like she wanted to say something more, but eventually decided not to. She sighed dramatically as Millie showed her black screen and tossed her phone on the desk.
'Done.' she said.
'Okay, so... You're aware of the fact that there were articles appearing about you, lately.'
'Yeah...' Millie confirmed tentatively, not really sure where Kathy was going with this.
'I assume you've read the comments.' she continued.
Millie just nodded, biting her lip nervously.
'And I don't have to say that it is quite bad, especially after this hashtag thing-'
'Ugh, don't even remind me.' she groaned.
'We have a meeting soon with a PR specialist to see what we can do. Also, you're going to attend some UNICEF events to help you with getting some publicity and-'
'Woah, you're using UNICEF to help me with publicity?' she asked incredulously. 'I thought we're doing it to help people.'
'Millie, don't act like a child. You know how this industry works.' she said sternly, rolling her eyes, which made Millie feel intimidated. 'Before I forget... There was also an article which involved Finn and this movie, "Waiting..." Umm...'
'It's "Wait for me".' Millie amended.
'Yeah.' she said. 'And there were comments about you, too.'
'I know.' she said quietly.
'It looks like people don't like you two together because he's more succesful than you.' she continued.
Millie just shrugged at her words. There was nothing to say anyway.
