I bolted to the bathroom and hunched over the toilet as my breakfast flew out of my mouth. When I was done I flushed the toilet and rinsed my mouth out. This was the third time today. I grabbed my phone and called my bestfriend Mark. "Hello." "Hey Mark. I'm scared." "Why? What happened?" "I've been throwing up all day. I think it's like the bird flu or something." "Y/n, you and I both know what it could be." "But I don't really think it's that. Jackson left for his promotions and stuff a month and a few days ago." Mark sighed "Come open the door." I hung the phone up and went downstairs and opened the door. Mark had a bag in his hand. He came in and we sat on the couch. "Y/n I'm telling you, you're pregnant." "But I can't be. I would've felt symptoms a long time ago." "When was the last time you guys did it?" "The night before he left. Oh boy it was great, he wore me out. He was so-" "Okay okay y/n. I don't need details." "No no no. I'm not pregnant. No way in hell I'm pregnant." "Take a pregnancy test to be sure." "No because I'm not pregnant."
He rummaged through the bag and took out a pregnancy test. "Take the test." "No. I told you already. I'm. Not. Pregnant. Mark." "Pee on the fucking stick y/n! I can guarantee you that you are carrying a mini Jackson Wang in your stomach right now." "Whatever" I snatched the pregnancy test out of his hand and went in the bathroom. I did all the steps and waited for 5 minutes. It beeped and I looked at the results. I threw the test in the trash and walked out of the bathroom. I sat next to Mark. "What did the test say?" I didn't say anything "Y/n. Please tell me. What happened?" There was a bit of a silence. I looked over at Mark "The test said positive." He jumped up "Ha! I knew it! You're pregnant. This is awesome." Mark pulled me into a tight hug "You need to call Jackson right now." I shook my head as I pulled away "No. I can't. What will he think?" "He'll be happy. He loves children." "He loves being around children every now and again but not full time. We haven't even talked about kids yet. This is so frustrating." "I promise you Jackson is gonna be happy. Just call him."
I got my phone off the couch and unlocked it. I hesitantly clicked the call button under Jackson's contact. The phone rang a few times and Jackson picked up "Hey baby. I was starting to think you forgot about me." "No. I didn't I just called to tell you something." "What's up? You're not breaking up with me are you?" "No no no. Before I tell you I just want you to know that I love you so much. I know you love me so much and you don't want to throw this relationship away neither do I but what I say next can determine where our relationship goes." "Your scaring me. Just tell me." "I'm pregnant." There was silence on the other side "I knew you wouldn't want this. I didn't want to believe that I was pregnant but the test said otherwise. I'm really sorry." Tears started forming in my eyes. "Y/n" Jackson called from the other side of the phone. The front door flew open. I dropped my phone at the sight of Jackson standing there. I ran over to him and jumped on him. "I want to get the chance to tell you how I feel. But my mouth just can't form the words so I'll just do this." He got down on one knee and took a little black box out of his pocket "Y/n will you make me the happiest man in the entire universe and marry me?" "Yes yes yes. I will marry you." He got off his knee and Mark started clapping "Yay! You guys are finally getting married."
Me and Jackson sat down on the couch "Babe, how do you feel about the baby?" "What do you mean how do I feel? I just proposed. If I didn't want the baby, I would've hung up and disappeared. I would've gotten a new number, a new identity, I would've moved somewhere like Italy or Mexico." Mark spoke up "What kind of person are you?" Jackson rolled his eyes and grabbed my hands"But guess what?" "What?" "I would've pulled out the night before I left if I didn't want the baby." He pecked me on the lips. "But wait" we looked at Mark "if you wanted y/n to be pregnant, then why didn't you just tell her? It would've made more sense. She was in here about to cry because she thought you didn't want the baby." "Your right. But I like elaborate things and it was the perfect way to tie her down and make sure she couldn't leave me." "I would never." I gave him another kiss on the lips "How about we watch a movie and order pizza?" "Sounds good to me." We popped in a movie and ordered pizza while me and Jackson cuddled on the couch.
