Zachs's Pov

I wake up after having a good night sleep. I grab my clothes and get dressed. I run downstairs and smell a yummy breakfast. 

"Hey Mom!" I say.

"Hello sweetie. I made pancakes, bacon, and eggs" 

"Whats the special occasion?"

"There is non, just made a nice breakfast for my sweet family!"

"Uh huh.." 

Something wasn't right, but I didn't pay it any mind for now. I ate as fast as I could and ran out to catch up to the bus. I hop on and ask the driver how he's doing. You should always be nice to the bus driver. I walk back to take a seat when I trip and fall on my face.

"Ouch!"

"Watch where your walking Herron!" a guy said.

I turned around to see Daniel laughing. Daniel of course tripped me, because one he is my bully, and he hates me for some reason. 

"Yea you really got me Daniel. Nice going"

"Are you looking for a fight?" he says.

"What makes you say I am? I mean if that was true, I would obviously win"

"Last time I checked you were the one you tripped and fell. If a fight is what you want then a fight is what you'll get! Meet me after school in the parking lot! Don't chicken out little Zachary"

"If you need to call 'Mommy' I'd do so now twerp!" Jonah says. His other goon friend.

"I won't! I will be there ready for you to eat your words!"

The bus stopped and I hoped off and ran to class before they caught up to me. I hide in the Science room and waited for them to turn the corner. Nice there gone..I said. I take a deep breath and open the door and there Daniel was. Staring down at me like I'm a piece of trash. To be honest I think I am in deep shit right now.

"Hey there Herron. Lets have a little chat!"

He pushes me back into the Science room and turns around and locks the door and cover the window. He grabs my shirt and pushes me against the wall. I groan in pain.

"W-What!"

"Why are you stuttering? Is little Herron scared?"

"Why would I be afraid of a big bully like-"

He pushes his lips up against mine so hard I freeze before I could finish speaking. He starts to put his hand on my waist. It felt weird and safe at the same time. It was like a connection between us. What! No! What am I saying! This is Daniel! Daniel Seavey! My bully! I can't like him! And I don't like guys! It felt wrong but I kissed back. He pushes me away and unlocks the door and leaves. I slowly fall down on the wall recalling what just happened..

Why did he kiss me..what does it mean..why did I kiss back..did I like it?

I get up and walk out the door too. I start to feel unsteady but I make it to class in time. The kiss means nothing I say to myself, but then why can't I stop thinking about it!
