Ashton's POV:

"Michael I swear bro, take my drink again!" Calum yelled before grabbing a new beer.

"Hey, it's not his fault he's too lazy to get up and get his own!" I yelled to Calum over the blasting music before chuckling to myself.

"Yeah! Wait... hey.. hurtful!" Michael dramatically grabbed his heart with his hand.

"Sorry Mikey!" I handed him my beer, getting up and heading toward the washroom.

I was intoxicated at this point, but not to the point where I didn't know what I was doing.

I did my business and then proceeded to head to my room. I needed to get out of my shirt or else I'd smell like body odor, and I was definitely not smelling like that. As I was walking by my bay window, I noticed two girls grabbing suitcases out of a limo. Huh. That's odd. I didn't think Rose had any kids. Maybe they're her boyfriends or something.

I tried to make out features of the girls. The one with darker hair looked up. She make direct eye contact with me, and I wasn't going to be the one to break it.

She was beautiful. They both were. I wonder if they know who I am? I questioned myself before the blonde pointed at me with a gaping mouth. That's my cue to leave. I stepped away from the window and changed my shirt, then headed downstairs to where the party was.

"Alright guys, alright! Party is over! The mates and I have practice tomorrow!"

Everyone booed and whined as I shut the music off. Taking my phone from the speaker and turning off all the strobe lights.

"Ashtooon! Why can't we staaaaay?" A red head asked as she basically drooled on me.

I mentally rolled my eyes and helped her to her feet.

"Because your boyfriend will be taking you home, love." I said quietly as her boyfriend nodded to me before taking off with her.

Within 20 minutes everyone had left, and our house was trashed again.

I groaned loudly as my drunk band mates laughed.

"What's so funny?" I looked at them, confused.

"Nothing. We just don't have band practice tomorrow." Luke said as he got off the couch. He was beyond drunk.

Oh fuck. We don't have practice tomorrow. Damnit.

I laughed with them and shrugged my shoulders. My head was getting fuzzy, and I knew if I didn't go lay down soon, I would throw up from all the alcohol.

"Oh well. I'm going to head to bed guys. Night fella's!" With that, I dashed up the steps to my bedroom.

My room was probably the neatest one in the whole house. I loved it. It was my safe place. Whenever I needed something or wanted to get away, my room was the key. I went to grab my phone off my
bay window when I noticed that same girl I saw earlier, walking back and forth past her window.

With every pacing back and forth of a movement she had, I noticed something new about her. Long dark brown hair, her facial structure was indeed heavenly, he body was on the thinner side. She looked: sad? I wonder what could be on her mind.

Stop it Ashton. You're being weird.

I was staring at her for so long I didn't even realize when she noticed me staring, and stopped to look at me back.

When I finally realized what happened, I saw her window was open. Maybe she'll talk to me. It'd be nice to have a friend around here other than the guys sometimes.

"Hey! Take a picture it'll last longer!" I yelled over to her. I smiled in hopes that she'd answer, but instead she gave me a terrified look then slammed her window shut.

Jeez. I didn't mean to freak her out.

Oh well I guess. I hopped into my bed and groaned loudly as the boys blasted music from downstairs again.

Guess I won't be sleeping tonight.
