This chapter is not included in the series, but it's more of a brief filler to show what happened for Skylar and how we finally get to see what happens :)

3rd person p.o.v

At the end of the day, Klaus, Elijah, Hayley, Marcel, Cami, and Davina saved the baby from the witches.

Though the baby had been saved, Klaus was spiraling into a dark period with absolutely no humanity left.

He was killing anything with a heartbeat just outside the town of New Orleans. Bonnie Bennet has entrusted Skylar in the hands of marcel, who was sure to keep her secret until they knew for sure.

Elijah was staying at the compound with Hayley and the baby. All was out of place, and falling apart.

In a small room at Marcel's, laid the lifeless body of Skylar Miller. That is, until all of a sudden, her eyes flung open and she jumped up.

Skylars p.o.v.

I find myself staring into blackness. Where am I? Where's my baby?

With those questions, I'm pulled out of the black abyss, and into the bright light of the present world.

I take deep breaths and look all around the room. "Skylar!" Marcel's voice sounds throughout the apartment. "Marcel?!" I attempt to call back, but my voice fails and comes out as a rasp.

In an instant, he's kneeling in front of me, mumbling in whispers to try and get me to calm down.

"What happened?" I ask, tears rolling down my face. "The witches killed you." He explains. "But, if I'm here- oh god!" I cry harder. "No, no Sky, you're still alive." He explains. "How?" I ask, not believing it. The witches took everything from me. My baby, my life, how can I just believe Marcel when he says I'm alive?

"Bonnie Bennett and her friends payed a visit. She cast a spell that kept you bound to your human and werewolf side, as opposed to being a vampire." He explains.

"B-Bonnie did this?" I ask, a smile spreading across my face. "Yeah, you're still you." He smiles back. I jump up and wrap my arms around him.

"But there's more." He explains. "What?" I ask nervously, pulling away and facing him.

"Klaus, after he saved your baby, he went off the rails in some small town outside of New Orleans. He hasn't answered his phone in days. Reports of mass murders are spreading all throughout Louisiana." He explains.

"What are you saying?" I ask confused. "I'm saying you're the only person who can get him out of this. You're the only thing that can save him from himself." He elaborates.

"Show me where I can find him." I nod.

As Marcel drives to the city limits, we both sit in silence. "I'll find Klaus, you stay here. I don't know what he could do in this state." He explains. I nod in understanding, and watch as he pulls into a diner.

"I'll be right back." He states. "I'll be waiting." I sigh. My hands shake at the thought of Klaus being torn apart. He's off the rails, and I'm supposed to help him get back on track.

But how the hell am I supposed to help a blood thirsty, humanity-less immortal hybrid get back on track without pissing him off?

If there's one thing I'm certain of, however, it's that Klaus would never, ever hurt me. No matter what.

And with that, I get out of the car, making my way up to the front door of the diner.

I swing it open, and the little bell above me sounds, as I'm presented with the sight of blood everywhere. Blood on the floor, walls, booths, and even the ceiling.

It's a full blown massacre, and there's no Marcel or Klaus in sight. I walk toward the back, and that's when I find Klaus, his back turned to me and arguing with Marcel.

"Klaus if you'd just come back to the car-" Marcel starts. "No, Marcellus, I'm not going back. I can't." He shakes his head.

"Klaus-" "she's gone, Marcel. She's gone and now I can't get her back." He growls. "If you'd just come outside." Marcel tried to persuade him. "No, I'm not going anywhere." He protests.

"Klaus," I start, breaking my silence. Marcel looks over Klaus' shoulder, while Klaus tenses. "What kind of sick, cruel game are you playing here?" Klaus asks, pain evident in his voice.

"Turn around." Marcel smiles. Slowly, Klaus turns, and tears roll down his face as he looks me over.

"Hey." I smile. "You're here." He cries, walking over to me and wrapping his arms around me. "I'm here."

"I love you so much." He cries Into the crook of my neck. "I love you too." I grin as I rest my head on his leather clad shoulder.

"How are you here?" He asks. "Bonnie and the Mystic falls crew had a vision from Bonnie's Gram, said they came as quick as they could. They reversed the process and turned me back to a werewolf." I explain.

"Thank god." He sighs in relief. "I'm so happy you're safe. I will never, ever let anyone hurt you ever again." He promises.

All it does is bring a smile to my face. "I know, the big bad Klaus Mikaelson never lets anything stand in his way." I joke. "Not when it comes to you or our child." He agrees. "Speaking of, can we go see her?" I ask, pulling away to face him.

He puts his hands on both sides of my face and looks down to look me in the eyes. "Let's go meet our daughter." He smiles.

I nod, and with that, the three of us make our way out of the massacre that was Klaus' wrath.
