Matt's Friends

Ash's POV

"you didn't say your friends were coming too." Says Ryan as we walk over to some benches.

Director decided that we should go out today and so we did.

"Have you got a problem with that bud?" He asks.

"no. It's ok. I was just a little surprised that you had friends Matt. Big day."

"Oh Shut up.". We all laugh, and Director begins to introduce us to his friends. "Liam, Robbie, Pred and Leo, that was Ryan. This is Ash, Calment- Calman- Cal Ugh Emily, Pup, Derp, Cookie, Goldy, Unicorn, Danny, Lizzie, Kat, Angel, Tony, Dave, Quake, and I think that is all of them. Guys, that's Leo, that's Liam, that's Pred and that's Robbie." He points them out so we know who is who.

"Jeez." Says Liam

Wow. Big daycare." States Robbie.

"No we are a pretty small class. Big daycare though. We have non shareable secrets. And Matt. It's Calmante."

"Right. Got it." Says Director. Because me and Ryan both speak Spanish, we decided to give Emily a Spanish nickname. We don't know why, we just did and so we decided on Calmante which means calm.

"Who is this cute girl?" Leo asks as he approaches me. "You will be mine"

"My name is Tina the tiger. Real name Ash. Don't think about it." I inform him in my Tina voice, stepping back a little.

"Oh I will. Why don't you come back with me? I'll treat you like a real woman.". Now it's just uncomfortable. I thought he joking and messing around but apparently not. Director has weird friends.

"Umm"

"Oh heck no! Not happening. Leave her alone, Tina is technically mine" Ryan defends.

"Got proof?" Leo asks, averting his look from me, to Ryan.

"we are closer than normal friends."

"That's nothing"

"We have a daughter"

"dang it. I thought I would finally date some one."

"I wouldn't date you even if it kept me alive." I state, already wanting him to leave.

"It's because she has a heart made of ice."

"Except for you Ryan. My heart melts for you." I do my recognisable Tina giggle.

"Ahhh. That was cheesy." He laughs.

"Me, Ryan, Ash, Liam and Robbie will go this way. The rest of you, Leo and Pred go that way." Director tells us.

I forgot about Pred. He's a quiet one. I like that.

"You Ok?" Ryan whispers to me whilst everyone is in their own conversation.

"I'm Fine yeah" I lie.

"Ash...". When he uses my actual name when I'm being Tina, then I know there is no point in lying anymore.

I sigh. "no. Matt's friends are really weird and that Leo guys makes me uncomfortable"

"it's ok. Stick by me and just don't talk to them."

"Thanks. We better stop whispering now or they will think we are rude.". He nods and we both stop whispering, joining into the conversation.

"How's life?" Director asks.

"Good." Says Liam.

"Its going Great." Says Robbie.

"fine...." I sort of lie. I mean, life is fine but these guys aren't.

"Fine is a danger word. What's up?" Liam asks, rubbing my shoulder. I don't answer.

"Ash..." Goes Director. Oh my god, both Ryan and Matt know how to make me tell the truth via one word.

"Nothing." I lie.

"how come you answered to him?" Liam asks, complaining.

"she knows me well. So she can tell me not you." Director answers.

"Lame if you ask me."

"Leave her be guys" Ryan defends. "One sec. Matt where are the loos?"

"Come on I'll show you. One min guys." Both him and Ryan head off to the toilets leaving me with Liam and Robbie which I don't really like. We decide to just stand in the same spot until they come back.

"what were you whispering about?" Liam asks.

"why do you not want to talk to us?" Robbie adds.

"do you not trust us?"

"Too much of a goody pants for us eh?". They both begin to walk towards me and I back up however I eventually come across a tree and they surround me, making me unable to escape. "Trapped now."

"answer us.". I shake my head.

"hand over your closest friend."

"Because you are Leo's now."

"never." I eventually say.

"Tell us all your secrets" Liam demands.

"we will black mail you."

"This is a warning." I state, thinking of the slingshot squad.

"don't be a baby"

"I have a slingshot squad you know. I'll get them to attack"

"psycho much."

"baby!" Liam exclaims with a laugh.

It all starts to become too much for me and I begin to find it hard to breathe, panicking and unaware of what to do.

"Ash!" I hear both Matt and Ryan shout, followed by the sound of running feet that I assume belong to them two.

I'm still able to see and so I watch as Ryan pushes the boys out of the way, crouching down Infront of me. "Breathe Ash.". I do as I'm told but it takes a while until I fully calm down. "what happened?"

"I don't know. We were having a conversation and he just flopped." Liam lies to them making me angry.

"Ash?"

"That's not true and they know it!" I exclaim, standing up. "notice how we are now over here than over there where you left us?" I point to where we were stood before and they hum. "well I started walking backwards as they walked towards me, bombarding me with questions and telling me that I will be Leo's"

"Boys, is this true?" Director asks. They do nothing but nod in shame. "ridiculous. Go away, I don't want anything to do with any of you boys. Shame on you."

They comply and walk away in shame, meeting back up with Leo and Pred and going home.

"Thanks Guys." I say once they're gone.

"Sorry.." says Ryan, giving me an apologetic smile.

"no no no! Don't be! My fault for not being able to control it."

"my fault for leaving you."

"No. people need the loo. Not your fault."

"Whatever. I'm sorry and you can't change that"

"Oh Ryan". I smile, giving both him and Director a big hug before making our way back to the others.

"never going out with anyone else other than you lot again." I state as we make our way back into the daycare room.

"Sounds like a plan" goes Ryan. "well I best be off. Coming Tina?"

"Yep!"

"Bye everyone!"

"Bye guys!". We hear everyone say bye back to us as we make our way back home.
