Unexpected

Ash sleeps peacefully beside me, eyes fluttered shut and soft, even breaths. How'd I get so lucky? I suppose I should thank the adults for making me and my siblings move. If it wasn't for that, me and Ash wouldn't have encountered each other. Crazy to think about that.

For a few minutes, I lie there on my side admiring the beauty in front of me. However, as I stretch and turn over to check the time, I find that the red numbers say 6:37 AM. No way in heck will I be falling asleep again. And I'm filming a proper life video today. And that video is yoga poses. Great. Well, at least I'm doing it with Ash.

It's been a month or so since our 'little' mishap after my 'little' breakdown and neither of us seem to mind it so, all good? I think.

I decide to be the weirdo I am and climb out the window and onto the roof. Just like I did in Spain that one night when I had tea and was hyper. The climb can be hard but sometimes, the view makes up for it and the relaxation you get out of it really sets you in a good mood. Positive vibes y'know?

After about 2 hours of pure relaxation - don't know how I did it -, I hear movement from Ash's bedroom. I hear footsteps and and doors opening and closing and after about 5 minutes of procrastinating, I eventually clamber back inside, changing into clothes for the day.

As I enter the kitchen, I spot Ash making herself some breakfast as she talks to the guys that are already up. They're about to greet my but I start to tip toe and press my finger to my lips to signal to them to shut up. They nod and resume talking to Ash who has no idea I'm behind her. When I'm behind her, I decide to linger for a few moments before wrapping my arms around her waist, making her jump.

"Ryan!"

I laugh. "well morning to you too"

"Yeah, morning cheeky"

"Awe, you guys are adorable. Babe, you need to do this to me. Why don't you?" Megan jokingly protests against Zach, making us laugh.

"Well sorry babe, thought I'd scare you to death by doing it" Zach defends.

"Oh so thoughtful"

We laugh as I take a seat with Ash and steak some of her breakfast because I'm lazy and don't want to make something. "oh Ryan, i need to tell you something afterwards" she tells me with a smile.

As she smiles and looks at me, I yoink a bacon slice and pop it in my mouth with a laugh. "okay!"

"Oi! You're a cheeky one today"

"Been up on the roof"

"Have you had tea?"

"What?" I drag it on because I'm being annoying and whining.

"Did you have tea"

"Nope. I've not had tea today. In fact, I'm gonna make some now". And I do just that.

Hours later, just before I head into the recording room with Ash, she drags me aside into her room. "Ryan?"

"Well seeing as we had done it, I started to feel some stomach pains every once in a while one or two weeks back. The idea crossed my mind but I doubted it at first however after it continued to happen, I went to the shop and bought a test. Used the test and yeah"
