Chapter 5

*Clarisse's POV*

"Your brother?!" Harry asked. This guy? He's evil! How is he your brother?" Then he glanced down at our arms. Mine are clean, but Reyna, Jason, Hazel, Frank, and Percy all have an SPQR tattoo. "Are you guys death eaters?!"

Nico laughed. Frank looked like we was going to pass out.

"Who'd wanna eat Thanatos?" Hazel asked, helping Frank. Can't believe I'm related to that guy.

"What?" Ron asked while we laughed. "Who's Thanatos and why are you eating him?"

Reyna said, "Thanatos is just a person that we know. He radiates death."

"Oh," Ron said. The next five minutes were silent. That is, until Leo put in earbuds and ruined everything.

*Leo"s POV*

Okay, one quick thing: It wasn't my fault. Just remember that. Got it? Good.

So I got bored listening to Clarisse and Reyna explain everything to the weirdos. I put in my earbuds and started my playlist. (I had made phones available to demigods so that they wouldn't attract monsters).I was bopping around to my music: Fall Out Boy and Imagine Dragons with a little bit of Twenty One Pilots.

"Ouch!" Thalia screamed. I looked over and saw that I had hit her. What I didn't realize was that her hair was singed. I quickly said sorry and went back to my music. The playlist got to Light 'em Up and all Hades broke lose.

"So light em up up up light em up up up light em up up up I"M ON FIRE!!" I screamed that last part. The whole compartment was looking at me and everyone had moved away from me, but I had my eyes closed. That part repeated itself and I kept dancing right along. The whole train probably felt my good vibes.

"I'M ON FIRE!!!!" I shuffled around and started to climb on the seat. Nobody tried to stop me. Next thing I knew, the train was stopped and being evacuated. I just kept dancing because my music was so loud I didn't hear the screams. I finally opened my eyes and what I saw was just hilarious (well, to me anyway).

The whole train was on fire and I was standing in the middle of it. My arms, my legs, my hair, everything was on fire!! I laughed out loud, knowing it was a good day to wear the fireproof clothes from Cal. Leo McSchizzle, king scrawny, had just burned down a train. I walked outside, pretending to cough. I joined my friends and the Potter boy's posse, but I noticed that Hazel was standing between me and Frank. I also noticed that Will was holding Nico's hand, but he still had his head and it was still attached to bis body. I didn't think too much of it. I was just more worried about letting Frank know that I wasn't going to kill him.

"Alright, everyone back on!" the conductor yelled. Percy had put out the fire with his water powers. I went back to sit with my friends. I tried to put my earbuds back in, but Thalia yanked them out of my hands and handed them to Reyna. Reyna snapped them in half. She handed one half to Annabeth and the other half to Piper, who both snapped the halves in half.

"Harsh," I muttered under my breath, though I didn't want to get on Reyna's bad side, or Annabeth's or Piper's for that matter. I just decided to take a nap the rest of the way. Harry and Ron left because they didn't want to be anywhere near me after what I'd just done. I couldn't blame them. I could be scary sometimes. But that didn't cancel out the fact that I was stil a total hottie.

"So what's the charm again?" I heard Percy ask.

"Sewead Brain, she's said it twenty times!" Annabeth groaned.

"Yeah, Kelp Head. Listen for once," Thalia's voice said.

"Butt out Pinecone Face!" Percy answered. I opened my eyes and found a good chunk of the compartment was blue.

"The charm is Colovaria, Percy," Hermione answered. She was being polite, but she didn't look like she'd particularly liked helping Percy. Maybe it was the whole Athena-Posiedon rivalry thing. I didn't know. Anyway, Percy grabbed his cat, which was sitting next to him.

"Colovaria!" he said, pointing his wand at it. The cat turned a nice shade of blue. "Yes!" Percy yelled in excitement. "Just wait until I can do that to Mrs. O'Leary. She'll love you, Ocean." Yes, he named his cat Ocean for some reason.

"Holy Hera, Percy!" Annabeth said. "For the last time, cats and dogs do not mix!"

"Oh yeah? Well neither do books and water but somehow you're with me!" Percy retorted.

"Seaweed Brain..." Annabeth began.

Everyone knew to stay out of Percy and Annabeth's arguments.

I noticed that Will and Reyna were sleeping. But Reyna was on the floor (for whatever reason) and Will had his head on Nico's shoulder. Nico continued to pet his cat Shadow. Will still had his head, so something was up. Now I was sure of it. And I'm going to get to the bottom of it. I looked out the window and realized that I could see a big, beautiful castle. We had arrived at Hogwarts. Now we just needed to be sorted. That was a nightmare in itself.
