Chapter 17

*3rd Person POV*

In Defense Against the Dark Arts class, the desks were actually tables with 2 seats per table. Chiron... sorry Professor Chiron had assigned seats. Everyone of course wanted to sit next to their boyfriend/girlfriend, but they weren't allowed to. All except for Nico and Will, which was weird. It happened in class on the first day...

*Flashback*

Everyone walked into Defense Against the Dark Arts class. The looked at the tables and saw name tags on seats. Ron looked at Hermione and said,

"What kind of teacher puts tables in their room? What kind of teacher puts name tags on the tables?"

"Muggle teachers do it all the time," Hermione answered immediately. Harry nodded.

"Yeah, mate. And I'd be willing to bet this guy's a half blood."

They found their seats, which were far away from each other. When everyone had taken their seat, but before class began, Nico and Will looked at each other. Will scribbled something on a piece of parchment and then they got up and went to Professor Chiron.

"Chiron, I can't sit in the back corner. The darkness is going to make me lose control of my powers," Nico said. The witches and wizards were surprised to hear him call the teacher by his real name.

"Well," Chiron said. "That's an easy fix. You'll just switch seats with Piper." Piper was next to Seamus at the front left table.

"No, sir," Will said. "He needs to be with someone sunny, like, oh, I don't know, me?"

"I have a doctor's note," Nico said, brandishing the parchment.

"No. No doctor's notes. You two are on my last nerve. You sneak out at night because the... um... night guards don't bother Nico, you find loopholes in rules, and you use those notes to get your way constantly. I'm done. Nico, you are staying where you are," Chiron said. He was kinda freaking out, which made the exchange students on edge.

Nico went back to his corner and crossed his arms. A minute later, he disappeared and a skeleton dressed like a race car driver was in his place.

Students freaked out. Chiron sighed.

"Okay, fine. I give up. You win. Hermione, go sit where Jason is sitting. Jason, go where Nico was. Nico, I know you're in here. Go sit where Hermione is." Nico reappeared. Everyone looked shocked that he could "apparate" on school grounds. Nico and the other two moved so now, Hermione was next to Thalia, Jason was next to Annabeth, and Nico was next to Will, a smirk plastered on his face.

(A/N: Hey guys I made this chapter because I realized, we all thought that it was Will saying "doctor's orders" all the time but it's actually Nico and Will using Nico's powers and Will's infirmary position got get their way. Hope you enjoyed this. I almost died at the doctor's note thing. Anyway, bai!)
