Ice Caps

My Soul,
Lay bare,
In the Ice Caps of thy Heart.
So Behold,
There it Hath Died,
Of a Frosty Breath.
.
With a Lifeless Stare,
At the Blizzard advanced.
The memories Replay in it's Head,
So Behold.
Thy Lover, Dear Beloved.
Meets his Final death.
.
With No Regrets, but One,
Of how Foolish he'd been,
Warmth he never felt,
The Sun he'd never seen.
.
All It ever knew,
Was how to Walk on Disarmed.
In a World so Cold.
And All it ever wanted,
Was a Cloth to keep Warm.
.
All it Ever Wanted,
Was to Melt your glaciers, Dear Accursed.
With It's own Body Heat.
Or just a Hand to hold.
If he Braced defeat.
.
But Neither did you Lend,
My Soul any clothes,
Nor did you lend a Hand.
Just.. Icy Glares and Winds,
And a Desolate land.
.
So now My bare soul,
After all these years of Shivers,
Hath Collapsed by Thou Windy Hums,
It's bare Body,
Grows cold now, as Rigor comes.
.
Alas, with the Final heartbeats,
The Wind bloweth more slowly,
Out of Respect now, maybe,
As a Spectator, maybe.
.
And These words, Dear Begrudged.
Ricocheted in My head,
On and On and On,
Songs on the bed of my Death.
.
That Not Forever does the Bulbul Sing,
In the Balmy Shades of Bowers,
Not Forever lasts the Spring,
Nor Forever Blossom Flowers,
.
Not forever Reigneth Joy,
Sets the Sun on Days of bliss.
Friendships not Forever Last.
They know Not Life,
Who Know Not This.
