How He Won You Over

Liam: When you met Liam, you still weren't over your ex-boyfriend. He had ended things abruptly, as if spending two years with him meant nothing. It had been a few months and you were starting to think nothing and no one could fix you. But Liam proved you wrong by taking things slow. He was your friend first; always texting you and getting to know the things you liked and disliked. Then you two gradually got closer until you were at the point of not even thinking about your ex. When Liam asked you on your first date since your horrible break up you couldn't say yes fast enough.

Zayn: You were bitter. Your last relationships had left a sour taste in your mouth so you stopped going out of your way for anyone. When Zayn came along you were immediately drawn in by his mysterious personality. You ignored him though, not wanting to experience what all the other guys had put you through again. Soon enough you two were getting closer and closer, but you pushed him away, hoping he would give up. He didn't, and he continued to try and break down the walls you had built up. Eventually you couldn't take it anymore, finally giving in to what both of you wanted.

Harry: He was begging you to give the idea of you two together a chance. But you weren't ready for what came with the title "Harry Styles' girlfriend." You felt selfish, but you were somehow convinced that you were nowhere near good enough for him. Twitter trolls didn't need to harass you, because you already believed it. When Harry had somehow gotten this information out of your best friend he was at your flat immediately, walking right in and complimenting you left and right. He sat next to you on your couch, eyes never leaving you as he desperately tried to get you to see you the way he did. He was sincere, leading you to saying yes to a relationship with him.

Louis: Your parents didn't approve of Louis. They thought he was "rogue and childish." You were disappointed they didn't like him since their approval meant everything to you. Foolishly, you let your parents win by shutting him out. He couldn't stand not even getting to start something between you two so he took matters into his own hands. He had dinner with your family again, not cracking a joke once, speaking only when he was expected to. You loved how he was trying to change for you, but you wanted him to be himself. After telling your parents off for not seeing him the way you did, he was back to the regular Louis, happy that you were now willing to start a relationship with him.

Niall: As friends, you and Niall argued a lot and you thought being in a relationship with him would only make things worse. Even though you had feelings for him you didn't want to destroy what little of a friendship you two had left. Niall wasn't taking any of this however, and finally decided to show you that a relationship could work. He invited you over to his flat one day and just spent time with you: no arguing, just purely talking and getting to know more about each other. Soon enough you found that you and Niall weren't at each other's throats anymore. Much to his delight you finally agreed to go out with him.
