#23. He Takes You To Get Your Ears Pierced

Liam: Liam decided it was better to get your ears pierced now then have to wait and you refuse. He loaded you in the car and drove to the store. He walked in carrying you and told the clerk what he wanted. She nodded and handed him the release form. He filled them out and picked out the earrings he wanted in your ears. They sat him on the chair and had him hold you in place. They gave you a teddy bear to play with and you immediately took interest in it. Liam knew you didn’t do well with pain, so he was weary on what was about to happen. He was smart and requested that both ears be done at the exact same time if possible. They told him it was no problem. Both ladies had cleaned their gear and were ready. Liam nodded and they pierced them at the same time. When they pierced them, you started screaming. We’re not talking crying, but screaming. They finished and Liam turned you around and held you closely to his chest. The girls looked sympathetic but Liam assured them that it was normal for you to be that upset over something like this. He rocked you back and forth until you quieted down to just a small cry. He thanked the ladies and apologized for your death screaming. He drove around for awhile and let you cry yourself dry until you finally fell asleep.

Louis: “EARS!” is what you would scream walking around. You were three and a half. Every since you saw Eleanor and her ears pierced, you wanted them to be too. You looked up to El and adored her. “EARS!” You yelled for the millionth time that day. Louis finally got in front of you. “Listen bug, Okay?” You nodded. “I will take you to get your ears pierced today. But I’m not going to lie, it’s going to hurt” You face fell. “It is?” He nodded slowly “Do you still want them pierced?” “Will you hold my hand?” He nodded “I’ll even let you sit on my lap” You nodded “EARS!” You giggled. He nodded and got his car keys. He drove to the place and got you out holding your hand. You walked in and were excited. He let go and told you to stay still while he signed the papers. You nodded. They led you to the chair and Louis sat first, pulling you into his lap. He wrapped his arms around your stomach and held your hands “Squeeze if it hurts ok bug?” You nodded gulping. She started and as soon as it went through, you were crying squeezing Louis’ hand. “Lou” You cried. “One more and I’ll get you ice-cream” She quickly did it, causing a few more tears. You curled up in Louis’ arms, waiting for the pain to stop as he carried you to get the ice-cream he promised.

Niall: You were 4. Niall knew that you were wanting it done and that you were a tough girl, so he was going to let you get it done. “Princess! Come ‘ere!” You ran in and jumped into his lap “Hi NiNi!” “Do you want to go and get your ears done today?” You nodded. He nodded getting up with you still in his hold and grabbed his car keys. He drove to the store and signed all the necessary things. “Do you want me to sit with you or are you going to sit by yourself?” “By myself” He nodded. “Hold my hand?” “Of course Princess” Niall realized that paps and fans had crowded the store. He immediatley apologized for the trouble. They prepped you and finally pierced them. You winced and gripped Niall’s hand but that was it. You got both done and smiled. “I did it NiNi!” “You did baby!” He hugged you and picked you up. He paid for the earrings and piercings and looked around the store. “This?” You asked pointing to a stuff monkey. He nodded “You can have it if you want it.” You nodded and gave it to him. He got it and paid for it. “Thank you NiNi” You kissed his cheek. “You’re welcome Princess” He kissed your cheek as he made the way through the crowd. He was glad this step was over.

Harry: Harry was very aprehensive about getting your ears pierced. Being only two, he didn’t want to have the responsiblity of cleaning them and making sure they didn’t get infected. But, after some convincing from the boys and Lou, he agreed. He asked Lou to go with him, because he knew that he couldn’t watch you go through the pain. All three of you made your way to the shop where he talked to the clerk and decided that you would get both done at the same time. You knew that something was happening, but didn’t know what. Lou sat in the chair with you as they cleaned your ears and marked them for the piercing. “Haz, you look more nervous than the poor girl” Lou commented. Harry nodded, unable to speak. He closed his eyes right before they pierced. As soon as they pierced you began crying. Not as bad as Harry thought, but pretty bad. He took you from Lou and rocked you slowly back and forth, rubbing soothing circles on your back. You stuck your thumb in your mouth and slowly calmed down. Lou knew how to care for piercings, so she told Harry that she would watch and help him clean them. You fell asleep against your brother while walking to the car and driving back home.

 Zayn: Zayn had gotten plenty of ear piercings and was confidate that you would be just fine. You were almost five, so Zayn thought it would be a good early birthday present. You had been talking about it and were excited to get it done. You were jumping around holding Zayn’s hand as you walked through the parking lot. You watched another little girl get her ears done as Zayn signed off and paid. “Zaynie” You whispered, tugging on his pants. “What baby girl?” He asked filling out more forms “I scared” He stopped and looked down. “It’s alright, I’m right here with you. It won’t hurt that bad. You know how you get shots at the doctor and you don’t cry?” You nodded. “Well, it hurts less than that and I’m guessing that you won’t cry” You nodded climbing into the chair. “Sit with me?” You asked pulling the puppy dog eyes. He nodded picking you up and sitting with you in the chair. They pierced your ears and you didn’t even move. They moved out of the way and you looked at Zayn “Done?” He laughed "You sure are baby girl and you didn’t even cry!" You smiled. "Duh, silly, cuz I’m a big girl and we don’t cry!" He laughed. "You’re my big girl. How about we go buy some lunch and go have fun at the park?" You nodded walking out of the shop to have a fun afternoon with your brother.
