Shouto Todoroki x Bullied!Reader: Never Disappears Again.

Quick A/N: I'm so sorry that my last few one shots have been so short, I promise that I'll try to make them a little longer. And enjoy this one!

Your name is [F/N] [L/N]. Your quirk was Weather. You had the ability to change the weather depending on how you were feeling. Your older brother was able to make items from his own quirk to cancel other people's quirks. You had asked him to make you something, and he'd made you a beautiful bracelet which you kept on you at all times, since everyone had gotten sick of the constant rain you brought with you wherever you went.

You were walking through the halls of U.A when you bumped into something, or rather, some one. You looked up and caught sight of a guy with blonde hair. You knew who it was. You'd run into this guy quite a few times and he was less than nice to you. It was Monoma. (he pisses me off. Not quite as much as Mineta does, though.) He got on the nerves of just about everyone in class 1-A and was super annoying, but he really had it in for you. He made it part of his daily routine to make your life feel like hell, and you'd gotten used to it by now. You just looked at him, same fake smile on your face as you always had.

"What are you smiling at? Oh, I know! You must find it funny how utterly useless you are!" He said with an obnoxious laugh, glaring down at you. "I mean, are you quirkless? You've never even used your quirk, so how do we know you've even got one?" You chuckled a little. It was true that you'd barely used your quirk at all since coming to U.A. There was one thing that you found extremely funny though...

"I was able to beat you without using my quirk at all. I may be weak, but you're even weaker." You said and he narrowed his eyes at you, grabbing your arm and inspecting the bracelet of your wrist. Your face now held an emotionless expression as you looked at him.

"I bet it was because of this thing, wasn't it? Some weird voodoo shit, wasn't it?" He took your bracelet off and dropped it onto the ground. As soon as he did so, the bright skies outside turned dark grey and it started to rain heavily.

Everyone in class A knew what your quirk was, and so as soon as they saw the sudden downpour from where they were, they knew something was wrong with you. Especially Todoroki. He'd grown to be good friends with you, and never once in his life had he seen you cause a downpour like this. He started running through the halls in search of you.

Monoma just laughed again. "You're pathetic, you know that? Maybe I should show you just how weak and pathetic you are." He said, raising his fist to punch you. The weather outside turned cold and frosty as you closed your eyes, bracing yourself.

But the hit never came.

Instead, you felt something incredibly cold close to your face. You opened your eyes to see a wall of ice between you and your attacker. You turned around to see the one responsible for this.

Shouto Todoroki.

You immediately ran over to him and hugged him, burying your head in his chest as the weather outside changed back to raining, a little lighter than before. He put an arm behind you and patted your back. "It's okay now, I'm here." He said in a soft voice.

You stepped back and wiped you eyes. "I'm sorry." You said with a sniff and Todoroki tilted his head, slightly confused. "I must be such a burden to you guys. Especially with a quirk as weak and pathetic as mine. I shouldn't be in class 1-A. I sho-" you were cut off by Todoroki suddenly speaking up.

"[Y/N]." He said, a serious tone in his voice. "You're not a burden. You're not weak or pathetic. Your quirk can be amazing sometimes. You have complete control over the weather. Most people would love to have a quirk like yours. Of course you belong in our class. Everyone in class 1-A loves you, [Y/N]." He took a deep breath and a small smile appeared on his face.

"Especially me. I love you more than any of them." Your cheeks turned a little red and the weather outside changed to bright and sunny. It was fairly warm too. "I-I love you too, Todoroki." He placed a hand on your cheek and gently pressed his lips onto yours, and you immediately kissed him back. After you both pulled apart, you smiled at him. It was the first time you'd smiled in quite a while, and it felt nice to be happy again.
"You look nicer with a real smile than a fake one." He said, pulling you into a hug once again.

"I'll make sure that smile never disappears again."
