Mitch's POV
Disappoint us? "Dalton, you never disappoint us." I said as I placed a hand on his lap. "What about when I get in trouble at school?" he asked. "Yes, we're upset but not disappointed." Travis told him. "It seems like I disappoint you guys. Like, I mean, you hardly pay attention to me and act like I'm annoying." he said, not making any eye contact. "Why didn't you tell us that's how you felt? We would've tried to make it better for you." I said. He shrugged his shoulders and sighed. "I have an idea on how to make it better. How about the three of us go out tomorrow. You know, just hang out. Sound good?" Travis suggested. Dalton gave him a smile I haven't seen in years and nodded. "Yeah, that'd be nice." he said.
Dalton's POV
We walked outside and saw Kacey having an interesting make out session with Scott. "Don't you two have a child?" I said. They let go instantly and Kacey sat in her seat. "So how'd it go?" Scott asked smiling at me. "It went great if you must know." I said smiling. "So you do still smile?" he asked.
