I was standing in a very familiar black void when I opened my eyes.
"Hello?" I called "Primus?" My voice echoed off of nothing, bouncing back to me.
"I am here," I heard him call back.
"What happened to me?" I asked "Am I dead?"
I heard him chuckle. "You are far from it. You still have a long path before your end is near."
"Then what happened?" I repeated.
"When Starscream hit you with the Energon..."
I cut him off. "Who is Starscream?"
"The Decepticon who was interrogating you." Then a picture popped up in front of me. It looked exactly like the Decepticon who was electrocuting me. And instead of electricity like I though it was, it must have been Energon.
"After he started to electrocute you with Energon, I was able to talk to you. I need to tell you one crucial piece of information. The amulet feeds off of Energon, like all transformers.
"When you first got hit with the Energon blast from the Vehicon, the amulet adsorbed it, giving it enough power to allow me to speak with you." Primus explained.
"That's... kind of cool," I mused.
"But not every time it gets Energon will I speak to you. I will only do it to give you crucial information to help you on your way.
"You need to give the amulet Energon, if not, it will use your strength instead."
Meanwhile
"I told you not to kill her!" Megatron yelled at Starscream."I assure you my lord, I didn't know." Starscream coward, his wings angled down as he whimpered.
"I'm sorry to interrupt, but the human is not dead," informed the one eyed Decepticon named Shockwave.
Megatron shot a looked towards his second in command. Starscream wilted under his master's glare.
"She is mearly unconscious," Shockwave continued.
"You are very lucky, Starscream. If she had offlined we would be having a total different conversation!" Megatron growled.
Lora's P.O.V.
As I woke up, I realized that I was no longer suspended in the air, but rather bound to a rather large table. My throat was scratchy and very dry."She's awake, Shockwave," Knockout said when he glanced over to me. A purple Decepticon walked over to the table I was bound to. He had a single red eye in the middle of his head. As he walked, the sound echoed around the room.
"You may leave now, I no longer required your assistance," Shockwave dismissed Knockout. Knockout turned and left the room without another word. Then, the one eyed Decepticon plucked an electronic pad looking thing off the table. He held it over me and watched it intensely.
"It is logical that the Energon will have no lasting effects on you," he said as he turned back to the computer.
"Well, that's good to hear," I muttered as my restrains disappeared. A human appeared next to me with black sunglasses, a black base ball cap on his head with a dark purple sweater and navy blue jeans. In his hand he offered me a glass of something. I took it slowly, and looked at with a suspecting glare. I sniffed it and looked at the substance inside. It looked like water but I wasn't sure.
"It is illogical that the drink is poisoned. Lord Megatron needs you alive," Shockwave pointed out after his holoform disappeared. I looked at it again before my thirst won me over. I let the liquid touch my lips. It tasted like water, so I drank it. It was just enough to quench a little bit of my thirst but did stop my scratchy throat.
As soon as I was done, I was roughly grabbed by Shockwave. He walked out of the room and returned me to my cell. I was once again suspended by the chains.
"How is our prisoner?" Lord Megatron asked Shockwave when he entered my cell.
"It is illogical that the Energon will have lasting effects on her," he told the leader of the Decepticons. "With your permission, I would like to continue to study these life forms. She will be a fine specimen," he continued.
"I will be study by no one!" I yelled. They just ignored me and my little outburst.
"You may, but no harm must come to her, we still need valuable information from her," Megatron said.
"I'm also not telling anyone any information!" I yelled.
"SILENCE!" Megatron roared. I instantly shut up. When he yelled like that, it was terrifying.
"Of course, my lord," Shockwave responded calmly.
I knew it, they were never planning on letting me go, no matter on what others said. I looked at the ground dejectedly.
•••••••••••••••
I had lost track of time a long time ago. All the times I fell asleep was a blur. They didn't bring me anything to eat but did give me a small bit of water every time Shockwave took me to study. He did many things that I didn't understand, but I knew they would eventually give up and just give me to him. They had tried many times for me to spill the information they need, but I gave them nothing. They did many torture things on me, trying to get me to drop at least a hint, but I said nothing. I let nothing slip, and never would, even if that meant I lost my life. I was willing to do it to protect everyone I cared about.
The automatic door of my cell opened and Shockwave walked in. He grabbed me in his hand and undid the chains, not saying a word. After that, he walked out of the room. I started to have a hard time to breath. He was holding on way to tight.
"Can't breathe," I muttered. He gave no response but his grip loosened, so he must have heard me. We arrived back at the lab and he placed me on my back and the restrains popped back up. I didn't even try to struggle, I knew all hope was lost. The Autobots wouldn't find me this time. I was on my own, with no help coming, no matter what happened. I was all alone.
