I woke up this morning to the horrible sound of my alarm clock. Actually no, I woke up to my alarm clock and someone blasting rock music through the speakers all over the house. Its freaking 1pm on a Sunday! I must have gotten home very late after the wedding to be waking up at this time. But you can't blame me, I love my precious hours of sleep. Whoever was responsible for this rude awakening was gonna pay big time.

"Whoow!" I heard someone shout along with hard footsteps running down the stairs. Okay, so my mom probably wasn't home because she wouldn't let such things happen. I let out a groan and walked over to the door to see what was going on. Teenagers, teenagers everywhere. More like young adults.

Tristan.

No doubt that he is the reason behind all these random people at my house. As quick as I could I closed my door and headed for the bathroom. The water was cold so I didn't spend a long time in the shower. I decided to wear the first things I could see which were my black skinny jeans, a white tank top, white Converse and Ryder's leather jacket. I really should return that jacket.

I walked down stairs. Maybe I was over exaggerating earlier when I said there were people everywhere. Turns out only a few people were there. Two were sitting on the couch playing Xbox and one other watching. All of them were guys that looked about Tristan's age. "Hey there, I'm Maxwell." Said the guy that was watching as soon as he saw me walk in. He had short brown hair and was almost a foot taller than me. He slowly walked towards me. I opened my mouth to return his greeting but then got interrupted by Tristan putting his arm around my neck.

"Heey Max, this girl is off limits." He warned Max.

"What's going on Tristan?" I asked while moving his arm away from around me. Max seems like a cool guy but Tristan was right. I'm off limits. Besides I have too much boy trouble as it is.

With having Tristan's arm back over my neck, my breathing started to become heavier. The air flow beginning to thin and my vision became a blur. Claustrophobia. I slipped out from under Tristan's arm, I needed to get out of there before I get any worse. I grabbed my car keys as I began walking towards the front door knowing that Tristan wouldn't answer.

"You were asleep for a while Alex," he chuckled, "but don't worry you didn't miss anything except for AJ coming by." I stopped dead in my tracks. AJ was here. Why?

"He was here," I whispered, "for what?" I said a bit louder.

"I don't know, something about last night...the wedding...Tris." At the sound of her name I turned around, glaring at him. So whatever AJ wanted to say to me must have been really stupid if it was about her. But then again Tristan could be toying around with me like he always does.

"But don't worry kid, it probably was important. Well mom left me in charge and I have to go so I'm leaving you in charge." Him and his three friends left to wherever they were going.

For the rest of the day I stayed in my room. I hardly ate anything and I only went out to check on Ann who was either playing or watching TV. She fell asleep a few minutes after my mom and Samuel came back from their outing. I couldn't stop think about why AJ wanted to talk about Trisha.

I finally summoned up the courage to talk to him. Well text him.

Me: Hey, heard you came by.

AJ: Yeah I did.

Me: Why?

AJ: I'd rather tell you in person. Night.

So that was a wasted effort. I mean really what's up with all the secrecy? First my mom disappearing for a whole day, then Tristan and his friends and now AJ. I drifted into a sleep allowing my subconscious to take over.
