Today is now Thursday, I've been think about the past and how everything has changed, and now everything and everyone has changed. Telling Becky and Rose about me moving wasn't nearly as painful as when I told Ryder. Although I did cry but not as much. I haven't spoken to him in two days since the whole sort-of-break-up incident in his car.
My mother is allowing me to stay home so that I can pack. This didn't excite me even though I hated school just as much as the next student. I have packed 2 very large suite cases that are only filled with clothing. I need one more for my shoes.
My dad was over the whole afternoon. Supposedly coming to check up on me but instead he gets into another heated argument with my mother. It has been like this since Monday. The arguments always end up with her crying. The day I am going to leave is slowly approaching. I don't want it to come and I'll do anything to stay.
After being stuck in my room (for what felt like forever) I went downstairs to eat lunch. Well not exactly lunch because it is already 4pm. Becky should be here in about five minutes. Her and Rose have been coming over for the past three days to help me with packing.
Nothing is cooked in the kitchen. No food set out on the table or any cold dishes left for reheating. My mother is probably still in her heart broken state from my dad's visit earlier. Great. What were I and Anny supposed to eat? Oh right Ann!
I totally forgot that I need to fetch her. I promised her that I'd spend the afternoon with her. I grab my keys on the kitchen counter and pace towards the door. The door bell rings as soon as I opened it. “Becky? Uhm, I have to fetch my sister but feel free to make yourself at home." She laughs and enters the door like she owned the place.

“You're late."
“I'm sorry. How can I make it up to you? Frozen yogurt?" She squeaks in excitement then enters the car. Frozen yogurt always gets her in a good mood. I'm gonna miss my little Anny so much when I leave. My dad is a total ass wipe for making me leave in approximately three days. The car came to a halt at a traffic light that changed from yellow to red. “What flavour would you like?"
“Strawberry! You know that!" I laugh at her. The light changes from red to green again. I turn left into the parking lot of a place called Smooch. We enter the store and you wouldn't believed who I see standing behind the cash register. AJ. He is wearing a silly uniform with a hat shaped like a cow. That view is priceless. “Stacy!" I can't see behind the counter but sure enough Stacy is there doing what seems to be homework.
“Ann! What are you doing here?" She questions. The two girls walk towards the serving bar. I offer to buy Stace a cup and she gladly accepts. They continue with their conversation while serving up some yogurt.
“AJ, I didn't know you work here?" A smirk is evident on my face. I want to burst out laughing due to the way he looks so stupid with a cow on his head. Eventually I do. He glares at me but I can see the small smile playing on his lips. His plum coloured lips that you once kissed. The kisses that sent you into a haze after just one touch.
Okay, so my subconscious seems to be falling all over for AJ. That is a little weird. “Okay Lex, that's enough laughing. " he speaks with a sarcastic tone, “Why are you here?"
“Little Anny wanted to spend the day with her big sister before she leaves." I grin proudly knowing that Ann actually loves me. If she didn't then she wouldn't be here with me, now would she. “And why are you here?" A small giggle escapes my mouth as I recall the hat on top of his head.
“I work here now. I dented my car and need a few bucks for repairs."
“Alex!" Anny shouts from across the room, “Can Stacy come home with us?" She continues shouting. I perfectly have no problem with her coming over as long as it's okay with Adam.
