chapter 6! (redone)

Weeks, and weeks pass. Peeta and i have tried to have a child, I'm still worried of what Gale might do. He might want to hurt us. I know Gale now, he is distructive and he wants everthing. But Gale con't force love between us, we were not meant to be. Peeta and I are meant to be.

 Peeta and I are eating waffels for breakfast. We are laughing and just making some random jokes. Until I my stomach starts to hurt. I feel like I wanna puke! I run out of the kitchen, I feel Peeta running behind me to check what happened. I run into the bathroom and Peeta comes in with me.

I start to throw up into the toliet. Peeta is holding my hair back so it won't get messed up with vomit. When I'm done I look up at Peeta, I see concern and worried in his face. Then he says,

"Honey, are you alright?"

"It must be the milk, maybe it's spolied." i saw while cleaning up my face.

"It didnt effect me." he says while drying my face. Then Peeta gets this look, then he begins,

"Maybe..." he begins, he doesn't finish the sentence though, he just stares down at my stomach.

I know what Peeta means though.

"Peeta, I have to check." i say

Peeta doesnt take his eyes off my stomach and just says,

"ok."

I grab the pregnancy tester, Peeta stays with me, I have to have him next to me when this happens. I start to pee. If the Pregnancy tester turns pink it means that I am pregnant, however if the tester stays white then i am not.

I let the tester stablize for 1 minute like the instructions tells me to do. I take a deep breath. My grip on Peeta's hand tightens. I loosin my grip because I don't want to hurt Peeta's hand. Peeta seems to notice this, he grabs my hand and looks at me like to say that it's ok. I take another deep breath. I look at Peeta and he nods, I smile and he smiles back.

This is it. This will identify the rest of  my life. I check the pregnancy tester and there I see the color.

PINK. I am pregnant, Peeta is the father, I am the mother. My whole life changed this moment. I will have my own family! I laugh, this is the best feeling in the world. I am going to have a child with Peeta!! Peeta smiles he smiles so much. We smile at each other.

"We are going to have a child! Your pregnant Katniss! We will have our own family! This finally it, Katniss we are going to have a family! Our own family!" Peeta twirls me all around.

He twirls me around, we are laughing, smiling uncontrollably. We are as happy as when we got married. I can't believe this guy is my husband and will be the father of our child. We start to kiss passionatly. Then we have our foreheads against each other and smile. We are the happiest couple right now.

My life will finally only get better.
