I scrubbed the pasta that was
Stuck on the plate with the sponge. "Finally"i said and wiped the sweat off my forehead.
There was a soft knock on the door. "Ash do you mind getting that?" no reply,i rolled my eyes and cleaned my hands with the cloth that was on the counter.
I opened the door.A lady with Blonde hair and blue eyes,she looked awfully familiar.She looked like she was in her twenties...25 maybe?
"Hi I'm Beth" she said and stuck her hand out, I accepted it. "I'm Kaitlin" I said and she smiled
"Not being rude or anything but do I know you?" I asked her
She shook her head but smiled "May I come in?" she asked and I made room for her to come in.
She sat on the couch. "I'm here because I believe you have something that's mine" I looked at her in confuse
What the hell is she talking about?Maybe it's Michael or Calum screwing her and she's here because they probably said something about me.I hope it's something else...i don't remember taking anything away from her,maybe I drunk?
"And what exactly do I have that's yours"I asked trying to sound a little tough.
"My last name is Jackson...ring a bell?"she smirked,I parted my lips.
I gulped "Nope I don't know what your talking a-about"I tried sounding tough but my voice cracked at the end.
"Where's Sky?" She asked demanding
"Don't know who that is" I said acting dumb
"Momma" Shit...really Sky the time your mother comes you fucking wake up? God dammit
I did the first thing that popped into my mind,i threw one of Sky's cups at her mom and grabbed Sky, i ran upstairs yelling for someone.
Michael came out of his room rubbing his eyes.I know it's Michael but at this point I don't care Sky could be taken back and I'm not letting that happen.
"Michael Sky's mom is here...she wants her back"i whispered with tears rolling down my cheeks,Sly started to cry too.
It took a couple minutes for Michael to process what I had said.He went downstairs.
I stopped on the last step and leaned on the wall with Sky on my hip.I sighed and pressed my ear on the wall to listen to their conversation.
"I want her back she's my daughter and I can take her back whenever I want"
"You left her there alone so no you can't have her back"
We heard a gunshot I let sobs escape "I don't want to go with her"Sky whispered,i ran my fingers through her hair.
We heard footsteps,Sky was being yanked from arms.Beth ran towards the door.
I tried pulling Sky back but pain struck my forearm...Beth had ran away.
I looked at my arm it hurt like hell, I tried taking the bullet out but it's too deep...Michael
"MICHAEL!"I yelled,i heard him groaned I looked for him,he lied on the living room floor with his hand cupping his thigh.
She shot him in the leg..."Are you ok" I said and he nodded.
"Are you ok?"he asked me and I nodded he rolled his yes "no your not your loosing to much blood" he said,he grabbed his phone and dialed I guess the ambulance or some of the guys i don't know.
