Virgil's POV

It's game night so I help set up the tv for Mario kart. This game and Roman... don't get along well.

"This game? Really?" He asks and I nod weakly.

"Fun!" Patton exclaims.

"I'll play." Logan tells me and I gasp at my boyfriend.

"O-Okay." I whisper. I've been quiet since I found out I was pregnant. Roman yelled at me and they 'forgot' the baby exists.

"Virgil?" I zone back in and hear the concerned voices of my boyfriends.

I sit and grab a controller ignoring their plea to say what's wrong.

"L-Let's just start the game!" I yell. They go quiet and Roman and Logan grab controllers.

I kick ass like normal, and Roman rages also like normal. Patton cheers us on and I giggle as Roman screams something at Yoshi.

"SUCK MY BLUE SHELL LUIGI!" He screams and I cover my ears and drop the controller. Deceit smiles at Roman and ignores me. He hasn't said a word to me since I told them I'm pregnant.

"Virgil, you shouldn't have played if you're going to be that sensitive. You... Virgil?" Logan questions and I run off in tears. A normal occurrence now.

I pack my stuff and quickly move it to my own section of the mind. No side but me can get there unless I let them. I can hear them, but they can't hear me.

"VIRGIL!" I hear them call for me. I place a protective hand on my bump and start to tear up again.

"VIRGIL PLEASE!" They're getting desperate. They didn't care about me then, why do they care now?

"Love, please come back. We'll do better. Please." Roman says between sobs. Even Deceit is calling for me. They found my door. They're banging on it, screaming my name.

I allow them to hear one last thing.

"You weren't there for me. Why are you here now?" I ask and hear a chorus of gasps and sobs from behind the door.

"Except you Pat. I love you." I whisper and he sobs louder.

"Let me in. Please?" He asks and I unlock the door. I allow him to enter and lock the door again. He wraps his arms around me and I snuggle close to him. He lifts me up and carries me to my bed, then wraps his arms around my waist.

Time skip

I relax in my own mind space, enjoying the freedom and safety it brings. Patton left to go support his boyfriends that morning. We argued. It wasn't pretty. I hold my bump as a contraction hits me.

I'm gonna have to do this on my own. I check and feel the head sticking out of me. I push and scream a blood curdling scream.

"Virgil?!" I hear my ex-boyfriends call for me. I ignore them and focus on getting this baby into the world. I push down again and scream. I wish I had support right now.

"VIRGIL!" They're getting louder. I push the rest of the baby out of me and... she! She screams her head off. I'm shaking as I place my baby on my chest and cut the cord.

"...virgil..?" They're breaking down into tears at this point. I move my stuff back into the regular mind space and teleport myself and my baby girl to my old room.
