Virgil's POV

I place a hand on my flat stomach as we pack for Patton's birthday trip. Roman glares at me silently. He knows about the baby, and he's not happy about it. He's also made sure that I don't tell Logan or Patton about it until after the trip. I doubt he'd let me tell them myself at all.

"Virge? Is something wrong?" Patton questions and I shake my head with a forced smile.

"Kiddo, I want to know what's bothering ya. Can you do me a favor and not lie?" Patton asks seriousness plaguing his voice.

"I'm fine, Sugar. Don't worry." I whisper and he kisses me softly.

"I trust you, V. Let's go get ready for my surprise!" He exclaims happily and I smile.

"I think Virgil and I are packed." Roman tells our bubbly boyfriend. I try not to cry when he gives me a death glare.

"I gotta go... Somewhere. I'll be back in a little while." I rush and leave a confused boyfriend and pissed off Roman.

Looong Time Skip

I choke and sob quietly. I lay my head on the pillow and try to relax, for the baby's sake. I look at all the machines surrounding me and Peanut. I faintly hear Roman yelling for me, and try my best to stay calm. A nurse runs in and checks everything.

"You're ready to push Mr.Night." She whispers.

"By the way, Mr.Night, three men claiming to be your boyfriends are in the waiting room." She tells me sympathetically.

"Let Patton and Logan in." I whisper and she nods.

She walks off and the urge to push becomes unbearable. I screech for the nurse and she runs in, my boyfriends right behind her. Logan takes one of my hands and Patton takes the other. The nurse encourages me as I push.

"Why?! Why didn't you tell us?!" Patton yells, hurt.

I gasp and sob loudly. Patton tries to apologize but I couldn't hear him. I can't focus on anything but Peanut. I push again, hearing nurses yelling. I stop and they calm down. Patton and Logan are sitting on chairs near the wall.

"We're making sure that you're conscious. Are you okay, Virgil?" A nurse asks and I nod quickly before going back to pushing.

"The baby's almost here!" A nurse exclaims.

I push down and only stop when I hear a loud baby cry. I gasp and tear up as the nurse hands me my baby. I bond with my baby and my boyfriends silently make their way over. She suddenly starts crying, and won't stop. I try to feed her and she latches thankfully, and starts eating.

"There we go. That's better, huh Peanut?" I smile and stroke her cheek. Then I quietly burp her and hand her to a nurse to be cleaned and checked.

"V-Virgil?" Patton asks quietly.

"Yeah, Pat?" I ask and he smiles weakly.

"I'm sorry." He whispers and I shake my head silently.

"Don't be. It's Roman who should apologize." I whisper and cup his cheek with my hand.

Logan holds my other hand and I smile at him. I hear yelling from the waiting room again, and another nurse walks in. She gives me a sympathetic smile and lets Roman in. I give him a small glare before bursting into tears. He runs over and takes my small hand in his.

"I'm so sorry. I messed up so bad, and I'll never truly earn forgiveness, but I love you and want you back in my life. That time you were gone killed me and I couldn't wait to see you again. Virgil James Night, I know it's way too soon to ask, but will you marry me?" He rants and I start to sob.

"I knew I should've earned your trust back! God I'm such an idiot!" He starts to panic and I quiet him with a kiss.

Four years later

I smile at my husbands as our daughters play. I place a hand on my large bump and hold Patton's with my other. Roman looks over curiously and I smile to assure him everything's okay. Logan silently wraps his arms around my shoulders and pulls me towards him.

"You're really cuddly Logan. What's the matter?" I ask him quietly and he looks down at me.

"I'm just overjoyed to be married to the loves of my life." He whispers, still watching the girls.

I watch as a strange man walks towards the girls. I call our daughters over and start to get up and walk to the car. The man gets closer and I start to panic. I pull my girls close and motion for my husbands to see the stranger. Roman rushes over and gets the girls and I into the car. I hear a tap at my window and start to cry. I lock the door for safe measure as Roman runs over to explain the situation to Logan and Patton.

The stranger motions for me to roll down the window. I shake my head and he visibly gets angry. He's banging on the window now and the girls are starting to get scared. I scream for my husbands as the glass starts to crack. I try to stay calm for my son's sake as Roman, Patton, and Logan finally notice what's going on. I curl into a protective ball over the girls as the glass shatters.

"Virgil! It's okay! Roman's got him pinned down and the cops are on their way!" Patton tries to soothe me, but he sounds terrified. Logan silently unlocks the car and picks me up.

"Are you alright? The glass didn't hurt you, did it?" He asks and I shake my head.

I wrap my arms around his neck and he lifts me up silently. The cops arrive and arrest the stranger. I watch them take him away. Logan holds me very closely. I feel safe and secure in his arms. Roman rushes over and Logan hands me to him. I snuggle close and he apologizes over and over.

"Roman, everyone's okay. That's all that matters." I whisper and he nods silently.

"I just... I just could've done better. I'm supposed to protect you but I failed." He hangs his head as he says this, and I tilt his head to look at me.

"We're all in one piece, we had a great time celebrating Patton's birthday, and if you hadn't have helped us to the safety of the car lord knows what would've happened. We're okay. You're okay. That's all that matters." I whisper and he cries into my shoulder.

"I'm so sorry." He whispers again.

"It's okay, Roman." I whisper and kiss him softly.

"Remember how you proposed?" I ask, breaking the silence.

"Yeah." He whispers.

"It's coincidental that every time something horrible happens to this family, we always come out on top. No matter what, we love each other. I love that." I whisper and he smiles.

"I guess you're right. I love it too." He smiles. Logan, Patton, and the girls join in making us one big happy family.
