Chapter 2: Fireworks

Nicole's POV

It's been two weeks since Danielle and I have found out about the meet and greet. Tomorrow is going to be Canada day so Danielle is going to sleep over at my house.

Middle school just ended so now it's summer break and I can do whatever I want. The meet and greet is next week, so I'm stoked for that to happen!

I woke up dreaming about meeting Jason Waud 😍. The hottest guy I've ever seen. My cousin Danielle is excited to see Chase Keith.

My dream was wonderful, I just can't wait to see his precious face in person.

I got out of bed and walked into my bathroom to go and take a shower. I got undressed out of my pyjamas and I hopped into my large, square shower that had a marble floor.

I needed to shave so I shampooed my hair and shaved my legs and armpits. I normally don't shave my down there because it gets too itchy.

When my shower was done, I got dressed into a red Coca-Cola crop top and some jean short-shorts.

I went downstairs to the main floor and ate breakfast, thinking about what I should do for the day. I finished the last bite of my toast and washed the plate.

I walked to my couch and sat down next to my dog for a bit until I got a text from Danielle.

Danielle: Hey! Do you want to go to the mall today?

Nicole: Yeah, dude!

Danielle: okay come to my house and we'll carpool there.

The distance between Dani's house and mine wasn't far so I decided that I would walk there.

I got your from the soft, squishy couch and made my way to the front door. I out on my red checkered vans and walked out the door.

*SKIP TO CANADA DAY*

I was getting ready for the sleep over and I realized that I needed to get my phone from upstairs.

Dani and I were sleeping in the basement cause that's what we always do. I snuck down some candy and fizzy drinks for us to snack on while we watched "lights out".

I walked upstairs to my bedroom only to see my phone on my bed which is where I hadn't left it so I thought "um okay...". Turned my phone on and saw that Jason was live.

I ran back downstairs only to see Dani sitting there watching Jason's live as well.

"What are you doing here? I didn't see u come in..." I said.
Dani stood up and mentioned that she came in awhile ago and that she didn't see me so she went to the basement.

Jason said "hey guys how are you doing? I'm so excited to finally come to Canada and see my fellow Canadians!"

We watched for s bit longer until he started to get boring, so we decided to start watching "lights out"

*TWO HOURS LATER*

"Oh god, that was kind of scary" Dani said unsure of what to do next.

We ate all of the candy and drank all of the fizzy drinks, so we were pretty hyper.

I decided to get all the garbage and throw it out upstairs. I walked back downstairs immediately because I was afraid of the dark 😂.

The fireworks started and they were so beautiful, but loud. Many colours of white and red sparkled in the sky and it was just magical.

It was 3:00 am so Dani and I decided to go to sleep.
