Chapter 6; I'm Sorry

8 pm Nicole's POV

After the whole cn tower situation Danielle and I went back to our hotel, gathered out stuff and headed back to my place.

We walked through the front door with our suitcases. My mascara was all over my face and my eyes were red from crying so much.
Danielle put our suitcases downstairs.

My mom was in her bedroom watching Netflix so she didn't hear us come in. I wiped the rest of my tears away and headed downstairs.

"Hey, are you okay? I know I've been asking you this a lot, but when you're sad it makes me sad." Danielle said with a frown. "Yeah I guess so. It just hurts so much that he kept a secret from me." I said as a blew my nose. "How about we watch some Riverdale or Vampire diaries? Maybe that'll take your mind off of things." Danielle said as she walked into the bathroom to change.

I changed into a long white t-shirt and some black sweat pants. They reminded me so much of that night with Jason, but I didn't have anything else that was comfy to wear.

I sat on the couch and turned the TV on. Danielle came out of the bathroom wearing a black crop-top and some fleece pants.

We started to watch Riverdale after that.

8:30 pm Jason's POV

"Why would you tell her?!?!" I said to Joe.
"Dude...you practically used her. I think she actually really likes you" he said to me.

Chase was texting Danielle to see what was going on, but she wasn't answering.

We leave Canada tomorrow. I packed all of my clothes in my suitcase along with my toiletries and other things. I changed into the same black sweat pants that I wore that night with Nicole. *God she was so hot* I thought to myself.

Chase started to head back to his room. "Goodnight guys, see ya tomorrow" he said while walking out the door, "oh and Jason...you fucked up real bad." He closed the door.

"I'm going to bed" Joe said while walking into the washroom. I sat on my bed and just couldn't stop thinking about Nicole. *Is she okay? I messed up bad..ugh*

Joe came out of the washroom "You should call her." "I don't have her number." I said.
"What kind of an idiot sleeps with a girl that he likes and doesn't get her number?" He sat on his bed. "I didn't sleep with her. We just made out." I said. "Do you even like her? You don't seem to care much" Joe continued "why are you always like this? Cheating on Jocelyn with other girls and then breaking their hearts."

"Listen Joe. I broke up with Jocelyn after I met Nicole." I said. "Why?" Joe sat up and was now standing on the edge of my bed. "Because, when I first met Nicole it was like fireworks went off in my brain. Her beautiful long, brown hair and her hazel eyes just made me feel something that I haven't been feeling with Jocelyn." I continued "Jocelyn was such a bitch to me. She used me for fame." "Yeah but you used Nicole for your needs or whatever" Joe snapped back. "I like Nicole a lot. When she got on that elevator, sobbing it broke my heart." I explained "Jocelyn called me, begging me to get back together with her. I was telling her why I broke up with her and saw that Nicole was crying so I hung up."

"Jason. If you really like Nicole that much, find her. Go to her house and apologize to her" Joe said as turned off the lights and went to bed.

"That's exactly what I'm going to do." I pulled out my phone and called Chase.

"Hello?" Chase said.

"Hey so is Danielle talking to you yet?" I asked.

"Yeah, she's pissed at you though." He replied.

"Is Nicole okay?" I asked.

"No, apparently not. She cried the whole way home." He said in an annoyed tone.

"Okay give me Danielle's number so I can apologize to her and then I'm going to get their address so I can apologize to Nicole" I said.

"Jason, I swear to God if you mess up again I'm not going to talk to you anymore." Chase said in a harsh tone. "But I'll give you Danielle's number."

"Okay Chase I'll be more careful." I said.

"Get a piece of paper ready." Chase said.

I quickly got a mini notebook out from the desk drawer and had a pen ready in my hand.

"It's 647-898-1098" he said, "I'm coming with you by the way so pack up."

"Okay thank you, I'm going to get the address and meet me in the lobby." I said.

"Okay bye" Chase said.

"Bye bro."
I hung up the phone and woke up Joe. We got all packed up and we headed to the lobby.

Time skip to 12:00pm

I called Danielle and said how sorry I am and everything. She gave us the address and we drove to Nicole's house.

As soon as we pulled up in the driveway, I got into the car and knocked on the door. Danielle answered "she's downstairs watching Netflix, be quiet when your coming in and put your suitcases near the stairs."

We went into the house and did exactly what Danielle told us to do. She showed us to the basement and I walked down the stairs. I saw Nicole sitting on the couch watching Riverdale. I walked up to the couch and sat beside her "Nicole I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for this to happen I broke up with Jocelyn a long time ago. Please forgive me" I said. She jumped, grabbing her blanket. Tears started to fill her eyes again. "No, please don't cry. I hate to see you like this." I pleaded her.

Danielle and Chase went upstairs to give me and Nicole some privacy.

"Jason. You hurt me. I don't want to see you." she sobbed. "Please Nicole. I broke up with my girlfriend. I don't have one anymore." I said. She stood up and walked towards the stairs. I quickly ran after her and hugged her "I'm so sorry my babygirl. Please forgive me."

Nicole's POV

The word "babygirl" flipped a switch for me. I couldn't resist not being in his arms but I was so mad at him. He let go of me and I walked back to the couch and sat down. He followed. "Why did you do this to me? You played me, tricked me into loving you." I said. "The first day that I saw you at the meet and greet I fell in love with you immediately" he continued "you're so nice and sweet and gorgeous. I just can't resist you." "Jason I'm not falling for anymore of your tricks again." I looked at him. He sat closer to me, wiped away the tear that was rolling down my cheek and looked into my eyes. He kissed me, but more passionate this time. He really did care about me.

I pulled away "what was that?" "I'm sorry. I won't ever do this again. I promise." He said, grabbing my hands.

"I forgive you." I smiled. He hugged me and we cuddled on the couch while watching Riverdale.
