Chapter 28; Unconditionally

Jason's POV earlier

12:27am

I walked into Joe's room to see if he was still awake.

He wasn't, so I shook him "Joe wake up!" I whispered/yelled.

Joe rubbed his eyes. "What?" He scoffed "It's 12:30 and we have school tomorrow. What could you possibly want?"

I sat on his bed "I want to tell Nicole that I love her." Joe sat up "Uhhh didn't you already tell her?"
"I mean, yeah but I actually mean it. I want to marry her one day." I said.

"Um okay. So then tell her?" He said. "I want to make it special. Do you know if that light carnival is still open?" I asked. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's open all night or something. Why are you going to take her there?" He said.

"Well yeah. She loves art, food and colours." I said. "Okay then take her tonight and tell her there." Joe said laying back down. "Okay thanks Joe. I'll talk to you in the morning." I said and walked out of his room.

*Skip to when Jason told her* Nicole's POV

I looked him in the eye and held his hands tighter.

"Nicole...I..I..." He took a breath.

"I love you."

I hugged him so tight I'm pretty sure that he could've suffocated. "I love you too, Jason." I said.

He kissed me softly, then walked us back home. "Nicole I mean it" he started "I probably have already said this, but I actually love you so much. I want to marry you. You're my world, my everything, I'd die without you."

I kissed his soft lips and held his face. He wrapped his arms around my waist. We stopped under a street light and made out.

"Jason I love you so much." I smiled.

*Time skip*

Jason opened the front door and waited for me to walk in first.

He grabbed me by the waist and pulled me into a deep kiss, kicking the door closed.

We walked up to his room and had a hot and messy makeout session.

"I could do this all night long, but we have school in the morning and it's already 2 am." Jason huffed. I walked into the washroom and started brushing my teeth "yeah...me...too...but... I'm excited....for...school." Jason let out a giggle "You sound so funny."

He walked into the bathroom and wrapped his arms around my waist, kissed me and then went to brush his teeth.

We went into the bed and I fell asleep in the blink of an eye. "Goodnight babygirl, I love you." Jason said and then fell asleep.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*

I threw my phone to the other side of the room. "I don't want to go." I groaned. "Just get dressed, we have a half day for some reason." Jason said, coming out of the bathroom in a towel.

I got out of bed, retrieved my phone and went to take a shower.

"IT ISN'T IN MY BLOOD!!" I sang to the music that was blasting while I rinsed the soap in hair out. Jason let out a laugh.

"God you're so cute." He said and brushed his hair.

I hopped out of the shower, dried myself and got dressed into some blue ripped jeans and a white crop top with a rainbow going across it.

Jason made some Tik toks and I went on Snapchat.

"Okay we're going to be late. What do you want for breakfast?" He said. "Uh I'll take some cereal." I said as we walked downstairs into the kitchen.
