From Pam Anderson,

We are coming down to visit you and celebrate your 24th birthday, your older brother is coming too. Make sure you have enough room for us, as we will be staying with you for the two days. We will be arriving on February 7th.

Blaine rolled his eyes, typical Mom thing to do. At least she gave me two days in advance instead of her usual, drop the bomb on the day of visiting. He rubbed his hands over his face for the fourth time that day, he was nervous for Kurt today. He had been called into work for a meeting with his boss, and he hadn't texted me in almost two whole hours. So he had a right to be worried, right? Quinn had been babysitting Ariel for the morning already, and Blaine felt weird and awkward to go to Ariel for comfort considering she wasn't even one yet.

Blaine sighed. He had to leave work soon as he worked in half an hour, and it took 15 minutes to get their. He hurried around pulling on his jacket, and vans for footwear. He grinned when he was finished, shouting to Santana that he was leaving for work and would be home later tonight. He didn't keep a car in New York because it's more of a walking place instead of constantly driving. So every morning Blaine took the subway to work. He smiled happily walking down the busy street towards the Subway station. He handed the driver his voucher and then hurried inside to find himself an available seat that he wouldn't have to share.

Call him an annoying, grumpy person but he liked his own personal space on public transit routes. He stared out the window watching all the tall sky scrapers pass them all by, he loved New York. He leaned his head against the cold window, making him shiver a couple of times before he was used to it. He only pulled himself back into reality when the bus stopped 15 minutes later to drop him off, and when his phone dinged, alerting him of a text. Blaine thanked the driver with a smile and a two dollar tip as he hopped off the bus and made his way towards the school entrance, did he pull out his phone finally.

His heart skipped a beat when he saw it was Kurt. Letting his shoulders slump a bit in relief, until his mouth was grinning widely across his face excitedly when he scanned over the texts multiply times, letting himself and his performing arts drama kids inside.

From Kurt,

I got a promotion at work to possibly start my own fashion line!! Definitely celebrating tonight with you.

Blaine grinned. He was so getting lucky tonight.

Kurt was admittedly really nervous to go into work today. He hadn't ever been called in for a meeting with his boss, Isabelle Wright ever before, and he was becoming only a little worried. He had sat in the office for an hour staring at the paintings and color schemes around him that he began to become sick to his stomach. Until he saw Isabelle walk out of her office thanking a worker that had left down the hallway and turned right, so when she turned to Kurt her smile had gotten huge.

"Kurt!!! Follow me into my office. I have some news to tell you." Isabelle exclaimed, hurriedly escorting Kurt inside as she closed her door. "Oh come on, lighten up. You look stiff as a board. Take a seat."

Kurt nodded sitting down across from her. "Mrs Wright, I'm so sorry if I did something wrong-"

Isabelle abruptly shut him up, cutting him off. "Oh sweetheart." Isabelle said in a hushed tone. "I'm not firing you." She gave a small chuckle. "I'm doing the opposite. I want to give you a promotion to make your own fashion line."

"Wait, really?" Kurt said his eyes becoming hugely wide. Isabelle grinned nodding. "Oh my god, thank you so much!!" He nearly squealed excitedly. Kurt and Isabelle discussed about everything, from clothing styles, to designs, to the budget Kurt had, and to meeting his new team that would work for him. And once he finally left he texted Blaine then Quinn immediately to tell them the good news, knowing they'd both be absolutely shaking with nerves about what was happening.

Kurt smirked as he walked down the street back towards his apartment building. Oh, his boyfriend was so getting lucky tonight.

Quinn stayed the night with Ariel for babysitting, while Kurt and Blaine had a sleepover together. As soon as Kurt walked into his boyfriends apartment, the door was shut closed rather loudly, and Kurt was being pushed against the door, while Blaine ravished his neck, peppering kisses all over his face, before he pulled him into a deep kiss, making Kurt let out a deep moan.

Blaine made love to Kurt four times that night. What Blaine and Kurt would both kill to be cuddled in each other's bed would shock most, but their was no place neither of them would rather be. Before their heads hit the pillow, Blaine asked Kurt a question; "Are you nervous to meet my parents?"

Kurt nodded against Blaine's chest. "Very. I just don't know what they'll think of me? With being divorced, and having a kid." He sighed obviously worried about it. Blaine chuckled kissing his head.

"They'll love you." Blaine smiled. "I mean, what's not to love?

Blaine woke up to the sound of his alarm clock going off. He scratched his head, why the hell did he turn on his alarm clock, and when? He sighed rolling his eyes as he sat up. He cold hear noises outside in the kitchen and living room, he raised his eyebrow. What time was it? He must have woken on the wrong side of the bed or something. He gasped when he noticed it was almost noon already, and that it was his birthday. February 9th. He sighed, he was 24 years old now.

Rubbing a hand over his face he decided he should put on some clothes that weren't his pyjamas. He pulled on some jeans, and a polo shirt happily, walking out of his bedroom following the noise. He was pleasantly surprised when he actually got out their to see around twenty people chatting and talking. He cringed when he noticed his boyfriend talking to his older brother Cooper by 4 years.

When Kurt finally noticed Blaine, his face lit up and he hurried over to him. "Blaine!!" Kurt said excitedly, jumping into Blaine's open arms. Kurt kissed his lips. "Happy Birthday baby."

Blaine smiled lifting him up into his arms hugging him tightly. "Thank you." Blaine whispered into his ear giving his ass a little pat before he set him down. "Have you met my parents yet?"

Kurt shrugged a little. "Sort of." He smiled biting his lip nervously. Blaine chuckled grabbing onto his waist and tugging him towards the couch where his parents sat, talking and playing with Ariel, who stared in confusion giggling sometimes when Pam or Richard said something silly.

"Dad, Mom." Blaine greeted hugging his Mom and shaking his dad's hand. "I'd like you to formally meet my boyfriend, Kurt Hummel." He introduced, grinning when Kurt got hugged by them both. "And the little ball of sunshine your currently playing with, Ariel Hummel."

Once the formal introductions were finished everyone sat down for the lunch Kurt had made, with a casserole, and salad and for dessert was an Oreo cake filled witb carmel sauce. Blaine's favorite. And all in all Blaine had a great 24th birthday with the ones he loves the most. Family and friends.
