After a long mental debate with myself, I decided to do it. I need to tell Denny about his cousin.
It wasn't anything bad, I've had worse, but I didn't want a repeat of what happened last time.
"Dean, I'm serious." I told him.
"What do you want Denny Mason's number for?" He asked me, eyes stuck on me.
I didn't want to share why. I felt I could handle this myself. "Please." I sighed out.
"I heard you had trouble the other night?"
"Yes. I did." I simply told him. "I've got a gun on me if need be, but I still need Denny's number."
Dean shot an eye brow up. "Denny? Not Mr Mason?"
I groaned.
"Has this trouble got Denny involved?"
I frowned at him. "The trouble isn't him." It's his cousin.
"I don't like handing out personal information, sweetheart."
"How much more personal can we get with our clients? Most of them sleep with theirs." I snapped.
Dean tapped his fingers on the desk.
"If I could message him through the app, I would, but I can't."
There was a knock on the door and a young lady came in. She was pretty and short with mid length brown hair and bright green eyes.
"Dean?"
"Come in, I'll be with you in a second. Holly, this is Harvey. Harvey, one of our new girls, Holly."
"Hey." I greeted before slouching on the seat.
"Don't do anything stupid, Harvey." Dean told me as he got up and walked out with Holly.
I grumbled under my breathe as I saw the computer. Without a second thought, I jumped up and went to it, clicking away till I found Denny's personal information.
I swear Dean does this deliberately, leaving his computer unlocked.
I got a pen and jotted down the number on a piece of paper before folding it up and slipping it in my bra.
It was my only way to tell Denny. I've only had two jobs this week, both with Xavier and I haven't heard boo from Denny since my first job with Xavier.
I quickly left the room, kicking the floor as I left. What am I going to tell him? Your cousin is a nutter? Yeah, probably.
"Look what the cat dragged in." I heard a sneer as I looked up.
"Fuck off Maggie." I snapped.
"Aw, did Denny get bored with you already? I'm not surprised. You don't do anything to keep him interested!" Maggie laughed at me. "It won't be long before he is my client again."
I watched as she pulled at her braids.
"I doubt that." I muttered. "From what I could understand, Denny likes to have a challenging conversation, not a look at me one."
I saw the anger flash in his eyes as she came forward. I held my head high, smirking at her.
"You think you're top shit, don't you?" She whispered in my face.
"Oh honey, I don't think, I know." I jabbed.
"I knew he would get bored off you."
"Just like he did with you? Except, when you had him once a week, I had him three times a week." Shut up, Brielle, I told myself. Stop provoking her!
