jimin didn't show up to school the next day. i frowned, worry beginning to fill me.

i tried calling him but his phone went straight to voicemail. i saw hoseok after my first class, i tried getting his attention but he must've not seen me.

yeah, that was it. i mean, why would he avoid me?

my sour mood changed when i remembered i would be going to visit jungkook's mother today. she was getting released a day early.

although she would have to be back for her chemotherapy.

jungkook said she was feeling much better so we were all having dinner at my house. although jungkook admitted he was nervous to meet my father.

he said he wanted to make a good first impression because he wouldn't stand the thought of my father disliking him.

i didn't want to tell him at the time because i didn't want to make him more nervous. but honestly, i had no idea how my father would react.

he knew i had a boyfriend because of my obnoxious mother, but he never said anything.

never expressed his opinions about my relationship. throughout my life, he always stood beside my mother as she supported me.
