but then again -
there is this sunflower, that has remained the same,
and what can I say,
I guess I've always been a sucker for a guy who can drum & is more talented then me,
and he makes me feel seen,
but without seeing every part there is to me,
and he brings a smile out of me in a different way,
like erasing my name off an attendance sheet,
and our plans line up so similarly it almost scares me,
his vulnerability almost scares me,
but he has started the pursuit I have wanted for so long,
and now it's me whose left to choose.
