Wanna come over?

Victoria's POV

I went straight upstairs to my room still texting Trey.

So im guessing were friends? -Trey

Of course! -Victoria

Good:) So um, can I call you? Or would that be wierd?

lol that's fine

My phone started ringing a few seconds later

"Hi" I said smiling, even though he couldn't see it

"Hey" Even over the phone his voice is hot

"So what's up?"

"I just wanted to ask some questions about homework and the Project. "

"How about this? You come over and we do homework together and we can start planning the SPP while were at it."

"Inviting me over on the first day we meet? How do I know you won't try to kill me or vice versa? " He joked

"Very true. I'll invite Ashlyn and Jordan over too, you remember my friends? "

"Yeah I remember. I don't think Jordan likes me very much though." He sounded upset

"He doesn't even know you. He can't not like you yet." I said trying to cheer him up.

"Okay. Well im gonna need your address. "

I told him my address and he agreed to come over in about twenty minutes.

I texted Jordan and Ashlyn, telling them were having a group homework session and to come over soon.

Trey was coming over my house!  The house was already clean so I didn't have to worry about that. I cleaned off my bathroom counter, emptied all the trash cans, and fixed my hair.

The door bell rang and my mom got to it before I did.

"Victoria come down here please!" My mom said

"Coming!" I'm sure its Trey, she would've sent Ashlyn and Jordan up to my room.

"This young man, sais he's a friend of yours. I've never seen him before." My mom questioned with raised eyebrows.

"Mom this is Trey. He's new to our school. I kind of assigned myself as his personal helper, plus he's my lab partner this week. I invited him over so we can do homework. " I smiled

"Okay. Well you know the rule. Is anyone else coming?"

"Jordan and Ashlyn. We'll be on the deck, so just send them out." I smiled, walking around my mom and grabbing his hand.

"Okay."

"First things first, welcome to my house. "I smiled "The kitchen Is here, in case you need any snacks." I showed him to our kitchen and where the snacks and things were located. "Bathroom is here" I showed him to the bathroom nearest to the back door. "And lastly here's my deck." I took him outside.

"Wow. This looks like a public pool." He took everything in as if it was heaven.

"Thanks." I smiled.  We took a seat at the large wooden table, it seated six but I took away two chair to make room for everyone to sit comfortably. He sat across from me and began pulling out his stuff.

"So what's first? "He asked

"I usually do what's fast first, get a snack, then do the rest." I explained

"Okay. So what's quickest? "

I pulled out my math packet. It's some simple algebra problems.

"Math first. Then English, Spanish, Drama, History, and science last." I told him situating everything on the table in order that I plan to do it.

"Okay. Is it always like this? The quickest being math and so forth?" He asked, pulling out his dark blue mechanical pencil.

"Yeah. Math and Spanish you do most of the work in class. English, she just doesn't assign a lot. Drama is usually fun. History is usually research or a packet.  and Science is always the Project so yeah"

He nodded and got to work. He was very smart, breezing through everything with not many questions. He had a few on stuff that we had started but I explained it and he got it. About halfway through the math packet, Jordan and Ashlyn came in.

"Oh. I didn't know we were having a fourth person." Jordan looked at me with a why didnt you tell me look

"Yeah, sorry I didn't tell you. He didn't wanna come over alone so I invited to you guys over."

"It's okay. So have you heard from-"

"No." I looked at him, upset for bringing Collin up. I didn't want to tell anyone about it because they'd try to convince me to call the police or something. I may tell Ashlyn, but I'm still debating  on it.

"Just asking" He raised his hands in surrender.

A little over an hour later everything was done. We even started planning our projects.

"So, homework is done. What now?" Ashlyn asked.

"Video games, movies, or we can go somewhere."

"Doesn't the movies count as going somewhere? " Trey asked.

"Oh no. The only time I go to the mov is when I absolutely can't wait for a movie to come out on DVD. C'mon let me show you my world. " I took them all inside. Austin was playing with his hot wheels race track.

"And red fire races to the finish line!" He speaks in his narrator voice "The crowd goes wild Ahhhhhh-" He looked up and saw all of us smiling down at him. "Oh. uh. Hi" He smiled

"Hey Austin. This is my new friend. His name is Trey."

I pointed to Trey and he kneeled in front of Austin, getting down to his level.

"Hey. I'm Trey." he held out his hand.

"My name is Austin. " He smiled cutely shaking his hand "Are you dating my sister?" he asked. I facepalmed. Little kids are so blunt these days.

"No. We're just friends. " He giggled at Austin's question.

"Okay, good." He let go of his hand and sat back down.

Trey stood back up.

"Alright Ausy, were going downstairs if you need us or if mom or dad calls me." I told him as I walked down the hall.

I turned on the light on the steps and began walking down the spiral.

"Left or Right?" I turned to Trey

"Um, right I guess." He shrugged

I turned right walking into the movie room.
