Kyoko POV-

"I'm sorry for this Mei, do you want to come in?" I asked, breaking away from the hug, and wiping away my reaming tears.

"Yeah that's fine." I opened the door and let Mei in, and then took a seat on the sofa, Mei then sitting next to me.

"Do you want a drink?" I asked, he did run all the way here for me, I do feel quiet bad about that.

"No I'm fine, just please tell me what's up. I don't want to see you like this."
I then explained the whole situation, letting know what people thought of me, thought I did with him, how miyuki treated me, as well as my feelings for him.
Mei looked down for a minute. "Well, I'm a bit upset. I've liked you for so long, and kazuya just sweeps in and steals your affections. But I won't forgive him. I won't forgive him for treating you like that. For making you feel like this."
"I'm sorry Mei. I guess I shouldn't of said anything." Ah, I'm just as selfish. Telling everything to Mei without even thinking about how it would make him feel.
"No, it's fine Kyoko. I'll always be here for you." With this, he pulled me into his arms again and I smiled. Mei had helped me a lot, especially so I stopped crying.

Overall, Mei stayed for a few hours, we watched a few movies and then ordered takeaway. He helped keep me occupied and made me forgot the events of today for the time being. I don't know how I'm supposed to repay you Mei, but honestly, thank you for being there. I don't know what might of happened if you weren't.

Mei POV
After a few hours, I left Kyoko's apartment and as I got to the main door a saw a certain catcher who I would normally be pleased to see, however seeing him at the moment made my blood boil.
"What are you doing here, Kazuya?" I asked in a harsh tone, making his attention turn to me, his face looking a little grim.
"I came to speak to Kyoko." I've never heard him sound like this, so glum and down, yet he doesn't deserve to see her. In fact, I won't even let him past me.
"Yeah, I don't think so. She really doesn't want to see anyone from Seido right now, especially not you." I was harsher then normal, but after what I heard I couldn't hold back.
"I can understand why, but I just want to see her. I need to explain everything. Before it's too late."
"I think it's already to late Kazuya. By the way, I don't think your girlfriend will be happy showing up at another's girls house this time of night."
This left him speechless, he had no idea how to respond, Miyuki had made it clear earlier that he was with some new girl, just to rub in Kyoko's face.
After this, Miyuki just sighed, scratched the back of his neck. "Alright, I will leave for today." Defeated, Kazuya walked away his phone in his hand.
Kazuya, you had your chance and you blew it. I won't give her to you.

Kazuya POV
After being stopped by Mei, I thought it probably wasn't best to force past him and see Kyoko at this very moment. But I wanted to speak to her, apologise and try and make things right before things were beyond repair.
I called her phone again, but yet again no answer.

"Hey Kyo-chan, all I can do is apologise. I'm so sorry. I'm so fucking stupid. Please just give me a chance to explain everything, to make everything be okay. I want to make it up to you. I made it clear to Rio I don't like her, that your the one I like. I know... I know it didn't seem like it, with how I ignored you and mistreated you today. But I want to make up for it. Please call me back."

Kyoko POV
I woke up in the middle of the night, and listened to my voicemails, bursting into tears again. I shouldn't of even turned my phone back on. Curiosity killed the cat. I didn't want hear that from him, it made me want to forgive him, to be with him.

Yet, I had already resolved, Miyuki Kazuya, I hate you.
