Third Person POV -

Yuki and Jun were in shock, Kyoko had just stormed off, and there was glass all over the floor outside the training area. After a few moments of wondering what to do they decided they had to tell someone, so they found Rei, and explained the whole situation, well what they heard from the other people involved as they didn't have the chance to ask the girl in question.

"I'll sort it out, so you too just go back to your lessons." Rei replied in a stressed out tone. Of course she had heard what had happened to the poor girl a few days ago, and she also saw the animosity directed towards said girl by the team.

Rei had got someone to clean all the shards of glass and board up the broken window until it could be replaced, however by the end of the day, without the team even seeing the state of window they had all heard rumors of what had happened. This only fueled there anger more for the girl, and the few people who had faith in her, couldn't stand by her any longer.

Practice had now began, and after all the players had warmed up, they stood in front of the coach, and uncomfortable feeling in the air. Some people whispered about Kyoko, stated they couldn't believe what she had done, only to be shut up by the coach's glare.

"Why is everyone on edge? The tournament is coming up, this is not a good atmosphere for the team, so do tell me, what is going here?" His voice boomed across the field, yet no one had the courage to speak aloud. Of course the coach knew what Kyoko had done earlier in the day, and he tried to contact her as she had gone missing but there was no response.

After no one replied to his question, the coach called to the captain. "Yuki, you're the captain, please tell me what this is about."

After taking a deep breath and composing him self, more than he usually was, he summed up the whole ordeal and feelings of the team.

"Yes coach. Well, the team are disappointing and angry. They do not like the fact Kyoko put her own...pleasure, before the team and would then break something just because she was asked to leave."

"And what do you mean by 'her own pleasure'?" This made the situation even heavier, especially for the captain.

"There was a rumor that Kyoko, she um...slept with someone and that is why the game was cancelled last week. And earlier she seemed to admit it." Now the coach was fuming, he didn't know how to react, of course he cared for Kyoko, but he couldn't let his emotions show in front of his team.

"Is this other person Narumiya Mei?" Now he didn't respond but just gave the coach a small nod. "YOU IDIOTS!" Now the older brother could not hold back. "If anything, I am thankful towards Narumiya Mei as he saved Kyoko when another player was trying to force her to engage in such acts."

Silence.

The team didn't know how to react, some looked shocked, while others looked disappointing with themselves, but the look of a certain catcher while not readable.

"Now all of you, you will not touch any balls or bats today, you can just run until you figure out how ignorant you have been. And if anyone stops, they will have to do extra rounds. Do you understand me?"

The team unanimously agreed and began to run.

Miyuki had many thoughts running through his head, but the main one, the one which was breaking his heart was that he hurt her. Again, and this time he didn't know how to fix it.

Kyoko POV-

I ran home, tears streaming down my face. It hurt to be judged like that without even being asked but that couldn't compare to the heart break I felt earlier. The way Miykui looked at me, the memory still makes me feel sick. As soon as I got home, I got into bed and silently cried, eventually falling asleep.

I awoke to my ringtone, I am pretty sure I am not going to answer, I don't want to speak to anyone at this moment of time. Not my mother, not Aniki and especially not Miyuki, but to my surprise it was none of these. So I picked up the phone, but couldn't hold back the tears yet again.

"Mei, please, come mine, you're the only person I can talk to." I said now bawling, I wouldn't be surprised if everyone around him could hear my sobs.

"I'm on my way." Then the line went dead and 10 minutes later there was a ring at the intercom. "Kyoko, I'm here." I let him and waited for him at my front door.

Mei turned the corner, I could hear his heavy breathing from here, he must have run the whole way. I ran to him and threw my arms around him beginning to cry into his arms. Narumiya wrapped his arms around me, comforting me while I was crying again.

Thank you Mei, just knowing I have someone, put the smallest smile on my lips.

A/N I know Mei is being such a sweety, but this is a Miyuki Fic, don't worry, there will be some redemption...maybe ;)
