A/N: Part 3 in the "Mutually" mini-series (and the final part). I hope you enjoy this ;)

Jenika had kicked Tim out of their bedroom. He was now sleeping in a guest bedroom which both saddened and annoyed him. Everything of his, including his showering essentials, were no longer in the master bedroom. He began texting Avi and not to set up meetings. They talked each night, usually for an hour or more, about what had gone on that day and to give each other encouragement. Tim was relieved to hear that Avi had finally kicked his useless boyfriend to the curb.

He didn't understand why he was so relieved or excited about that thought. As a matter of fact, Tim still couldn't wrap his head around the fact that he was having an affair with another man. 'It's sad that my sex life with Avi is 100 times better than it ever was with Jenika.' Tim frowned as he waited for his nightly call. They had been talking a lot lately about their dreams and aspirations. Living in Wisconsin was not going to get them where they wanted to go.

During this call, and hearing about the latest fight Tim and Jenika had had, Avi suggested Tim file for divorce. Tim pouted even though Avi couldn't see it.

"Tim, listen to me. Every time you tell me about these fights, you sound more and more depressed. These fights are increasing. You're not even sleeping in the master bedroom of your own house with your wife!" Avi exclaimed, "Clearly she has no interest in trying to make your marriage work. I think she's a fool for it but whatever. You know I'm not trying to a dick, I care about you and you need to face reality, sugar."

Tim sighed, "I know, Avi. I'm miserable. I...I'm...the only time I'm really happy anymore is when we're together (Tim whispered the last part)."

"What?" Avi's mouth hung open.

'Did he just say what I think he did? Does that mean he has feelings for me?' Avi thought to himself. He shook his head and tried to pay attention to the conversation.

"We can talk about that later, ok? I'd rather talk about that in person anyways." Tim quickly stated, "I'm sure she'd want the house if we did split."

"You could always move in with me." Avi eagerly said.

"Weren't you thinking about moving to Nashville, though?" Tim countered.

"Well, yeah. You're a poet. It wouldn't be hard for you to turn poems into songs. I'm sure it would be easy for you to find work as song-writer!" Avi told him.

Tim smiled. This was how a relationship was supposed to be. Avi was always so supportive and encouraging. He tried to give the truth to Tim no matter how painful it was. That was a trait Tim admired and respected in his lover.

"You know divorces aren't usually quick." Tim countered.

"If you get the right divorce lawyer they can be. Sell the house and split the profits. You don't have any children so that's a plus. Sell all the furniture. Take anything out of there before you file for divorce, though." Avi explained.

"How the hell do you know so much about divorce?" Tim raised his eyebrow.

"I used to date a divorce lawyer." Avi chuckled.

The pair talked more about Tim filing for divorce. Avi promised he'd ask around to some acquaintances and see what he could. Tim promised he'd give serious thought to moving to Nashville. It relieved them both to know they were subconsciously making plans to be together. As Tim laid there that night, he began to take a hard look at his life. He had a one-night stand, with a man no less, to get back at Jenika. That turned into some sort of weird affair but they were friends and each other's support system for their broken relationships.
