A/N: This is a one-shot. It's a Chrim fic. Suddenly inspiration and ideas hit and stuff like this happens. 😒😒🤔🤔😧😧 I'm sorry to anyone who's a Chris fan 😯😯😯😯 Forgive me for what I've done to poor Timmy :( Foustastic, this is for you ;)

Tim felt like his world was dropping out from under him. His boyfriend of five years, one whom he thought he was going to marry, just told the band that he was going to be leaving after the spring tour. He loved Home Free and was very proud of what they'd accomplished. He just 'wanted to do his own thing' now. The bass man's head was swimming. The Texan had seen how the beatboxer's marriage was struggling because of their tour schedule and only one of them were touring!

His boyfriend was leaving the band to make another band and was hoping to tour with them. How long would their relationship survive? Austin glanced over at Tim and could see the bass man's bottom lip trembling. He moved to hug his friend knowing he would need the emotional support to get through the rest of the tour and everything that followed.

Tim had always been an emotional man. Luke had suggested they sit down in someone's hotel room and do a video for the fans. It took a while to finally decide on a replacement for Chris. They all got along great and were already impressed with Chance from his work in "Street Corner Symphony". He had everything they were looking for in a baritone and then some. Tim put on a happy face but he was still depressed.

When they finally sat down to do it, Chris didn't want Tim sitting on the couch. Austin sat on the right of Chris while his brother sat on the left. Rob stood behind the couch in between the brothers while Tim stood to Rob's right in between his boyfriend and the high tenor. It was a short video. It hurt the bass man to know his own boyfriend didn't want him sitting with him. Chris hadn't come out as gay and he tried to hide the fact to everyone except the band and crew.

They introduced Chance to the world as the new baritone for Home Free. Once they had what they wanted for the video, Chris decided to take everyone out for dinner. The spring tour was almost over and that meant his departure was coming. Tim asked him how they were going to keep their romance alive but the bald man would never answer. It bothered Tim how distant his boyfriend was becoming, especially since they would hardly get to see one another once the baritone officially departed the band.

One night a few days before the tour's end, Tim finally had enough. He confronted Chris about his behavior and of their relationship. The confrontation ended in a fight.

"Look Tim, I'm moving on to bigger and better things." Chris stated.

"That doesn't answer my question, Christopher!" Tim crossed his arms over his chest.

"Tim, I've outgrown this band and this relationship." Chris pinched the bridge of his nose.

"What the fuck does that supposed to mean?" Tim raised his eyebrow.

"I'm going places with 7th Avenue, Tim. You're...you'll...just hold me back." Chris finally relented, "As I said, I'm moving on to bigger and better things. Without you."

Tim's jaw stood ajar as he stared at his boyfriend.

"I'll hold you back? How?"

"Tim, don't do this." Chris retorted.

"Don't do what, Christopher? (Tim shoved the bald man) I see how it is. I was good enough to stick your dick into when you were trying to make a name for yourself in Home Free. Suddenly you think you're some hot shot now, huh?" Tim yelled as he tried to not let the tears fall.
