Craving

Chapter 15

Its been a little over a hour after Adam left after he helped me move in to my new living space. Not all my things could fit in so i had to get rid of some stuff and Adam said he would keep some with him in his apartment till we can think of something. Adam is a god send. If not for him i wont be here. And life would be hard. Right now i was happy how i have come out of the depression after therapy but mostly because of Adam. He was like my tower that gives me a chance to lean on when i needed.

Its almost nine and i need to get some sleep if i want to make it to the interview tomorrow. Weekends i do the late shift with Logan as its Adams day off. I was heading to brush my teeth when my phone buzzed. I answered without looking who it was thinking it was Adam calling to say good night.
"Hello" nothing.
"Hello" i say again before checking the caller id. It was a unknown number. Who the hell could this be  
"Hello. Who is this. ? " but still nothing
I hang up and call Adam.
" hey" Adam answers in the second ring.
"I was just about to call you ness. Are you all settled in"
" yeah everything is ok. Did you get all the stuff organized "
" yeah i did. Its cool. I managed to push some stuff around and make room for your chairs and table. You can come see them when ever you want. " he says with a chuckle.
" i will do that. You better take good care of it Adam. " i hear his laugh and i relax a bit. Bringing a smile on my face.
"Ness are you really ok." He asks sounding serious now.
" yeah i just wanted to know how things went. Sorry you had to carry and arrange everything alone."
" no worries Ness. But I wasn't alone." He says with a childish tone.
"A guy from the movers company offered to help. And he had beer with me before he left a few minutes ago"
"Get out..! Seriously.!"
" his name is Randy and lives a few blocks from here." He explains.
"Wow that very nice of him "
"I know and he's awesome. We are meeting tomorrow for lunch."
"As on a date?" I screeched.
"Yess a date."
"Will i get to meet him"
"Be nice Ness. And I'll think about it" he says chuckling.
"Prune" i say pretending to be annoyed.
"Enough about my date i will tell you after ok. Now about your interview tomorrow. Hope your ready."
"Yeah. I was about to head for bed"
" go get it tomorrow ok. You can do it. Besides i think Sebastian wants only you so you'll probably get the job."
" but its a huge responsibility Adam. What if he's demanding arrogant CEO. and i will be losing both jobs in the end"
"Thats not going to happen have a little faith woman. Have good nights sleep. Ill wake you up in the morning. So you don't over sleep again. Don't mess this up Ness. Im gonna hang on to you like a bat if you mess it up"
"Ok ok i get it."
" now go to bed let's continue this tomorrow "
"Ok love you. Good night "
"Love you too Ness. Night." He says and hang up.
I go and brush my teeth and cuddle up and fall right to sleep with a smile on my lips.

Waking up to the sound of my alarm. And give myself a good stretch before getting out of bed heading straight to the shower. The water pressure here is amazing. I take long hot shower and walk out feeling pumped. I check my phone to see three missed calls from Adam. I start dialing his number when it rings. And i answer.
"Ness what the hell. Get your ass out of bed now"
"Im up I'm up. I was in the shower"
"Really you woke up." He said sounding surprised
"I was just about to head over and pour a bucket of ice water on you."
"See i save you a trip didn't i" I said playfully.
"Ok ok enough talk. Get yourself dressed Ness and get your new job"
" yes sir." I say with a salute even though he cant see it.
"And Ness. Good luck love. Its a step in the right direction."
"Thank you. And good luck on your date. Call me after."
" first thing ok bye." And he hung up.

I had the perfect outfit in mind. White shirt black jacket and black pant with a red heels. Nothing can go wrong with black. And simple make up. I had handed all my documents to ms swan yesterday so I didn't have anything to take with me. I was gonna miss her. But she's leaving a one hell of a job opportunity for me.
By the time i had my coffee and headed over to the 5th floor i was shaking.  I couldn't see my body shaking in the mirror that was on the elevator. I think im gonna pass out any minute now. 2.3. 4th floor the elevator pinged and doors opened. In walks Mr greek god himself.
"Hey vanessa. Good morning to you" he says walking in and turning around while the doors closed
" g.gd mmornn sssr" i say and i felt myself falling and something strong held me. As the darkness took over.
I heard murmuring voices getting louder and louder. And slowly forced my eye open. Trying to figure out where I was I look around. And i see the most glorious smile appear in front of me. Was i dead.
" are you ok." He looked at me concerned. And I looked back at him frowning.
" where am i"
"Your in my room. You passed out and i had to bring you here so you can be more comfortable"
"What.?" I say quickly sitting up. But he pushes me back down.
" stay for a little while. You had a anxiety attack. You supposed to stay calm and breathe.
"But the interview."
" im doing the interview. And im here so im sure your mot gonna miss it" he says with a wink. Omg those eyes. I can melt just looking at them.
"You seem to be looking better already " he says with a raised eyebrow.
"Do you feel better now"
"Here sip on some water" he says handing me a glass. He turned around to answer his phone.
"Yes." After a brief moment. He replied to the person on the phone and turned to me.
"It seems Mr. Samuel is getting restless." He says with his mind elsewhere.
"Tell you what. I'll leave you here and head to the office and you can come when you've rested for a few more minutes." I nodded
"Im fine now. Ill just freshen up a bit and come to the office "
" are you sure" he asked and again i nod in response. And he walks towards the door.
" Mr. Sebastian." I say and turns around again with the raised eyebrow.
"Thank you" i say and he smiles and leaves.

I look around his room its beautifully decorated in modern furniture. everything was in black and white. I cant believe I'm in the room where he sleeps "sigh"

Checking myself in the mirror I'm happy as i look fine. Straightening out my cloths and hair i was ready to face it. I felt a bit calmer now. I cant believe i had a anxiety attack after so long. Making a mental note to call my doctor i walk out the luxurious room to reality.
