NIALL'S POV

I woke up with my body intertwined with another. I look down and see Lexie with her lips slightly parted and soft snores escaping them. She's so beautiful, I'm so glad I can call her mine. I feel bad for her right now, it seems like everything is going on at once. It's just passing by like a big blur. She doesn't deserve to be unhappy. I dip my head down to hers that is laying on my chest and connect my lips with hers. I pull away and her eyes flutter open.

"Goodmorning princess." I smile at her and she returns the gesture.

"Morning." She starts to sit up but I pull her back down.

"Let's lay her for a bit." She smiles and lays back to where she was. "I love you." I say after about ten minutes of silence, a great silence.

"I love you more Niall." She replies.

"That's not true." I say and she sits up looking me right in the eyes.

"Niall, you've helped me through my problems. When I first met you I thought you were going to bully me like the others. But the you didn't and you don't know how good it felt to have a friend for once who understood what I was going through. And when you first asked me out I was so happy. I had a crush on you ever sense we first hung out. Our first kiss was the most magical thing ever. It was my first kiss anyway and I was scared that you though I was bad because I'm sure you have kissed a lot of other girls before me." She huffed. "Anyway, like I was saying, you were the only person who knew about my cuts and the only person who got me to stop. You were there when my father came home drunk all those night and you picked me up to sleep at your house. That night when he tried to kill my mother and I, you were there. You got cut deeply on your arm to save us. You and your family took us in until my father ran off. You have made me the most happiest person ever, and whenever I'm with you I feel myself. Every time you say 'I love you' I feel bad because I love you more than I can show. That's why I say I love you more, because I do." She finishes and my heart is warm. I can't be she said all that, and meant it. God she is my everything, I love her more than she'll ever know. After a few moments of silence she opens her mouth again. "I'm hungry, do you want to go make breakfast or something?" I nod in response and we get out of bed and quietly walk downstairs. Did I mention that it's six o'clock in the morning. Why did we wake up so early I don't know.

We get downstairs and pad over to the kitchen. We get out the ingredients to make eggs, bacon. toast, and pancakes. Another thing that is amazing about her is that she can cook, really good.

"Okay so you just beat the eggs like this." She shows me how to beat the eggs even though I already know how. She is standing beside me stirring the batter for the pancakes. "Should we make some for the girls too?" She asked.

"Umm their not here." I say.

"What? What do you mean their not here?" She questions.

"They called me last night to come and talk to you. They left after I got here and told me to call them if it didn't work." She looks at me and she looks sort of mad. "It's not what you think. Lex you were getting to an unhealthy depression. They said that you wouldn't eat, come out of your room, or even talk to them. They called me and asked me if I could try and help you. They were worried about you Lexie, and so was I." Her eyes soften.

"Oh." she said and poured the batter in the pan and I put the eggs in the other pan. "Thank you though, it seemed liked it worked." She smiled at me.

We finish cooking and we eat at the table. We were both pleased with the food and proud of ourselfs for how good it taste. After we put our food in the sink we were on the couch watching the Telly. She told me that she wanted to watch American Horror Story. I've never seen it but whatever makes her happy. I heard her phone beep and she looked at it and sighed loudly.

"What's wrong?" I furrowed my brows.

"They are still sending me tweets and stuff. I love how supportive they are but." She sighted again. "I don't know, it seems to get a bit much. I love the fans I really do but sometimes it's all a little too much." She looks down a her phone.

"Come here." I pull her onto my lap and kiss her lips gently. I reach for my phone that's by my side as we hold our kissing state not moving or anything. I slightly open my eyes to see if hers were closed and they are. I get to my camera and take a picture of us and quickly place the phone back at my side. We pull away and rest our foreheads on each other's. "I love you my beautiful princess. More than you'll ever know." She smiled.

"I love you too." She replies.

The next day I was alone in my apartment with Louis. I know that Lexie's birthday is in a few days and I have no idea what to get her.

"Hey Lou?" I asked him breaking the silence that hung between us.

"Yea mate?" He looked at me.

"What do you think I should get Lexie for her birthday?" I hope he has an idea.

"I don't know mate. Has she mentioned something lately that she wanted?" I shake my head. "Okay then, what about a necklace or something?" I shake my head again.

"That's what everyone gets they're girlfriend." I say.

"The what about a ring?" He says. He must be crazy, I'm not ready to get married. We're too young. "Not an engagement ring, something along the kings of a promise ring or something."

"A promise ring. That's brilliant!" I say and stand up from my seat and put my shoes on and a hoodie. I walk out the door and to the nearest jewelry store. I find one that looks about decent and walk in. I was greeted by a smiling man in a suite who looks about in his forties for fifties.

"Hello sir how may I help you today?" He says.

"Hello I'm looking for a promise ring." I say and blush slightly. He obviously notices and chuckles at me.

"Well we have a selection of rings that you might like." He takes out five rings that don't peak my interest. "If you don't like what you see then we have this one." He pulls out a shiny new diamond ring. "I know it looks ore of an engagement ring but I promise you it's not." The ring is absolutely perfect. The diamond isn't big but it's perfect just like Lexie.

"How much?" I ask.

"Fifty grand." He states.

"Okay I'll take it." He smiled again and takes the ring from me. He cleans it a little before placing it in the box. "Have a good day." He gives me the box and smile at him.

"Thank you. You do the same." I walk out of the store and into my car. I hide the box in the pocket behind my seat. I get back home and make my dinner. I'm not the best cook but not as bad as Louis. After dinner I take a shower and get in bed and go to sleep.
