Yum.

The main things I look for in Chinatown are:
1. Any form of gunpla or anime stores
2. Speedcubes
3. Good-ass food.

Toronto originally had the best Chinatown before it was taken over (by New York? I think?). Their shopping malls are DEAD. AS. FUCK.

But nonetheless, the trip was enjoyable.

First thing I did was go to a place called Dumpling House

First thing I did was go to a place called Dumpling House. Their pan-fried dumplings are the best. I got Pork and Chives, and Pork with Shrimp.

There was another Dumpling restaurant that specialized in soup dumplings. If you don't know what soup dumplings are, they're dumplings that have soup inside. Amazing, right?

Then I got this Taro Bubble tea with Boba that's made from three different tapiocas

Then I got this Taro Bubble tea with Boba that's made from three different tapiocas. Really chewy.

I also found some tactical folding knives in this place, but this luggage tag made me hysterical

And the only thing I bought with my money was an SD Gundam

And the only thing I bought with my money was an SD Gundam. Since this was a vacation trip I wanted to bring it back home (to the US) so I purposefully chose it because the box was small enough to fit my bag.

I got it from a store called AnimeXtreme, and they have a lot of Gunpla. Nendoroids too. I'm willing to pay $79 CAD to get a Touhou Nendoroid. The store also has the Tamashii Nation stuff and when I saw that Gavan Laser Blade on display, I couldn't fanboy over that. Not to mention, I also managed to glimpse at an import Shinken-Oh. That was awesome.

There were some (bootleg) anime stuff in some shopping centers. I found three S.H. Figuarts Sailor Moon, and they were the real deal. HI didn't get it sadly.

Yeah I didn't take as much pictures as I did in Montreal, but really, you can't blame the fact that some of the store don't allow photography, including the anime store.

I'll do a full on chapter of the SD Gundam I got later. I already have a lot of pictures to show you :)
