Ranking the E3 2019 presentations

4 1 2

Now that I watched all of the very critical E3 presentations for 2019, it's time to rank them. Sony will not be included as they decided to not be part of the expo.

These are the presentations I will be ranking:

Nintendo

Square Enix

Xbox

Bethesda

EA

Ubisoft

6. EA: Honestly, I actually had a hard time of which conference was the worst. I had to choose EA though, mainly because they had nothing new besides Star Wars. People at E3 expects new things coming out for the year, and honestly kinda makes it very lackluster. It's low on the list due to a lack of new content. Step your game up EA. Make PvZ 3 on the Switch or something.

5. Bethesda: DAMN!!! Stop the cheering!!! Yeah Bethesda was really boring. If EA wasn't involved in E3, then this would be the worst presentation of E3 ever. The only thing good was Doom Eternal, but unfortunately came along with some cheering and screaming every 2 seconds. It just felt boorish to be honest.

4. Ubisoft: Although Uplay +, the Tom Clancy game, and Just Dance 2020 was a bother, it at least had a good selection of games and appearances, like that actor and Watch Dogs Legion. I say that it's better than Bethesda because the cheering wasn't that highly overused

3. Xbox: Sony did a wise move for this year. They pretty much didn't have anything in store expect for a Final Fantasy Remake. But this is not about Sony. This is Xbox. Xbox's selection of games was a neat assortment, and the appearance of Keanu Reeves made my balls drop. Plus the Halo trailer and the new console. That was all I wanted to see and Xbox did a great job giving me suspense of Halo.

Oh, and speaking of Halo, Halo Infinite will be the launch title for Xbox Scarlett. Pretty neat.

The next two I had a hard time on because their presentations made it really superior.

2. Square Enix: Final Fantasy 7 remake gameplay trailer and Tifa. Must I need to explain more? Ok... the Avengers game looks great as well, the other reveals also are intriguing for me as well. But why is Square Enix's presentation better than Xbox? Well, Square Enix had content that we all patiently waited for a very long time. We knew the timing was right to full reveal the Remake in its full glory, and it's exciting how the Midgar arc will be soon. I can't wait for what Square Enix has in store for next year, and I hope they tease a new Final Fantasy that will succeed the expectations.

1. Nintendo: So close Square... So close!!! If it wasn't for the Banjo-Kazooie Smash DLC, Animal Crossing trailer, and sequel to Breath of the Wild reveal, Square Enix would be number 1. But Nintendo gives us surprises like these and I get instantly hyped up. I said last year how Nintendo won because of Smash Ultimate, but now, Nintendo won E3 because they always amaze me with what they are revealing in the upcoming future.

The future of E3 might seem grim, but the games are very exciting for us to see.

See you next E3.
