Waaaait, uh...is this a thing? 'Cause I wasn't able to find ANYTHING of it. I thought maybe this was just a ship that swept under my radar, but nope, I can't find anything for this ship.

This ship seems to not exist, and honestly, I'd rather do chapters on ships that DO exist. Otherwise I feel like writing a chapter is a waste of my time.

But whatever, it got requested, might as well say something.

Okay, I can see some sort of chemistry. Rachel is a sassy, playful girl, but one that can be very sweet and who is a more lighthearted character than all of the other girls, that tend to be written in a more serious manner. Pairing Rachel with Calypso, easily one of the most angsty girl characters, can be interesting. Every other lesbian Calypso ship tries to pair her up with badass lady after badass lady, forgetting that Calypso was probably paired up with the less serious character of the series for a reason. Calypso being paired up with a funny guy like Leo is the only genuinely good idea about Caleo...that Rick completely ignores for more "cute married couple banter" (that was really just OOC bickering).

Rachel could be a nice balance; she's a funny character who's even more blunt than Annabeth, and there's a nice possibility that she could make Calypso laugh, as well as comfort her (she DOES understand how it's like to loose Percy Jackson to Annabeth, too.) Calypso could definitely use someone that can make her laugh and feel happiness, as well as throw her in for a loop.

Okay, there's something there. Yeah, I can see how Rachel x Calypso could work. There could be flirtation, there could be pining. There could be Rachel having a love interest she deserves. Obviously she'd have to not be an Oracle for this ship to work, and for Calypso to come to Camp Half-Blood, but I think it can be a good AU ship.

On one part, I'm glad I was asked this, on another I now am frustrated that I like it because I'll never have content for it ;u; Ah well, it can be a nice little crack ship for me.
