Aly's POV

Stars floated around my head.

"Where am I?" I ask.

"The world of dreams silly," a voice says.

"Who are you and why am I here?" I look around terrified.

"You got drunk and now you are sleeping," the voice laughs.

"I got drunk? I don't remember drinking?" I say.

"Well, you did,' the voice fades away.

"Wait! What happened? Tell me!" I call.

Then I wake up.

"Ow! What are you trying to do? Kill me?" I wake up. There was a super cold towel on my forehead. I could barely feel it when I touched my forehead.

"Oh...so you're awake," Dimitri was staring out the window. That hurt.

"Stop talking so loud, will ya? That hurts," I hold my head.

"You're having a hangover," Dimitri gets up. He walks towards the door.

"Wait! What happened?" I ask.

"You got drunk for whatever reason. I'm gonna tell everyone that you are up. This time, don't do anything stupid," Dimitri sighs. He steps out the room and shuts the door.

Don't do anything stupid? What do you mean by that? Then it hits me. I remember what happened last night. I got a call from my long-lost cousin.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Is this Alison?" a voice says.

"Yeah? You?" I reply.

"This is Lucy. You might not know me, but I'm your long lost cousin," the voice hesitates.

"Lucy? Hmmm...oh! I remember you! You came to my house once when we were three," I say happily. "What's up!"

"Well. About your family dying, we found one of your brothers who made it out alive," Lucy responds slowly.

"Really! Micheal made it! Where is he?" I yell into the phone, tears springing in my eyes. I was so happy.

"That's what I wanted to talk to you about. Micheal died this morning in the hospital. He had a severe case of lung cancer and his heart couldn't take it. Did you know he had been battling with this disease for months," Lucy tells me sadly.

"No, I didn't. Thank you Lucy," I say slowly.

"Aly. One more..." Lucy tries, but I hang up the phone and threw it at the door.

I couldn't believe that the only member of my family besides me who survived the incident had died and I never even knew he was still alive.

I saw this bottle on a tray by the tub and a glass. I took the bottle and drunk some of it. I never knew I had gotten drunk.

That must have been hard on my friends...

I hear knocks on the door.

"You can come in," I say slowly. One by one, everyone files in through the door. They sit down around the room and Alagretto closes the door.

"Glad to see that you're awake," Riza says.

"Yeah, thanks," I look at the bedspread. It was a pretty lavender color.

"Ok, this is getting nowhere. Spill it. Why'd you drink?" Damien asks.

"Shut up moron," Cleo punches him in the arm.

"No, it's ok. Friends shouldn't keep secrets from others, should they?" I say.

"Well..." Damien eyes me.

"I...I..." I stutter.

"Okay, stop Aly! This is what we are going to do. Everyone spill one of your most precious secrets in the circle. This way we won't have to worry about this mess anymore," Dimitri orders.

"That's fine," I say. "I'll go first. Yesterday night, my brother died in the hospital. I was so depressed about it, I just grabbed that bottle of vodka and drunk it. I never knew that he actually survived the attack on my household by the FBI so it was devastating to hear the news. My long lost cousin had called me but I know she won't be calling back since I rudely hung up on her."

"That's why? You know, you could've told about it earlier," Damien smiles. "Everyone deals with depressing moments at some time."

"When I was in 7th grade, I was flirting with this girl I liked. Some kids thought it would be funny to put a frog in my pants. I was jumping around everywhere and I finally got the frog. I threw it at one of the kids, but missed horribly. It hit the girl that I was flirting with and she sprayed me with the water fountain. I had to walk around all day in shame since my pants looked like I had wet myself," Dimitri looks out the window. Cleo and Damien start laughing.

"I never knew you had embarrassing moments. That must make you feel pretty dumb," Damien says.

"What about you moron!" Dimitri shouts.

"Well, I was with my mom one day. I was five at the time. We were in the store and I saw this coffee machine. When it was just me and my mom in the aisle, I turned it on and off. My mom thought we were in a horror movie. I picked up the electricity and showed it to my mom. She was devastated and pulled me out the store. She didn't love me or the fact that I had these powers. She really thought I was a freak, so she pushed me aside and ignored me everyday since. I bet she forgot I existed or she hasn't cared or worried about me since I took her money to buy a plane ticket and left," Damien tells us as he looked out the window. So that was his deepest secret. I guess we all have our issues.

"My parents never knew I had any power, because when I first found out myself, I knew they would call me a freak," Dimitri stares at his hands.

"My parents knew. They stopped speaking to me, but gave into my every whim. They were scared of me," I say softly.

"What about you stripper?" Cleo asks.
