Love Letters to God

The Jewel in the Lotus

As we open the Doors of Perception our vision Changes

The Light of the Creator is seen within the form that’s ageless,

And in the light, Love is Born,

And the gift of being is reborn..

So creation becomes a learning tool,

And the creator our teacher and harmlessness our rule.

The subjective and objective path is found

And our point of Comprehension learned

As co-creators with God we learn to be

And  learning love is the key.

the thousand petalled lotus opens to the sun

Its roots run deep from where we’ve come.

And its petals fall one by one

To reveal the jewel lit by the Holy one.

We are the petals on the path

We are the jewel the soul reveals

And as we cross the bridge over the lotus lake

So old we throw off petals as we grow

We dwell within the jewel in the soul

And we are both the truth and what we behold

And the door to perception beckons on the way.

And leads us to God’s secret

And teaches us to serve as we may.

And the light of the creator is seen within form

And the form is empty til we’re reborn

As the one love within gives us the key

And finally we find that we are free.
