Chapter Two

~Bonnie's POV~

I woke up to the sound of my phone buzzes. Who the fuck was calling me at noon?!I throw my hand over and pick up my phone, I hold it over my face. It's fucking Cam,
What does he want?

Hasn't he bothered me enough last night, he ruined my dinner.

"Hello?" I answer the phone in my crabby morning voice.

"Germany is canceled," he sighs.I sit up and my eyes widen. I immediately wake up.

"What?!"

"Yeah, the company dropped their funds and blah blah blah," Cam grunts, "so no more Germany."

I sigh, I was really looking forward to that trip. I was going to meet all the guys, we were going to have so much fun.

"Well..." I sigh after the long pause, "guess I won't get to meet the guys."

"I'm sure we can find something else for us all to go to," Cam reassures.
I shrug,
I know he can't see me shrug but I do and let out a sigh. I really wanted to go to Germany. I never get to do anything really.

My family lives about three hours away from me, all my old high school friends live back in my old town with my family. I lived alone in a dusty small apartment.

I end the call and zombie walk into the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face, getting ready to start the day.

I was kind of glad I wouldn't be going to Germany. I wouldn't have to do a face reveal, I was worried about that.Once my face is out there, it's out there.

No turning back.

My phone started to buzz again, I almost threw it across the room until I realized who was calling, Jay.

I quickly answered."Hello?" I answer in the sweetest voice possible.

"Guessing Cam called you already?" Jay asks, sounding so sad.

I nod as I sigh, "yes," into the phone.

"Maybe we will meet another time," Jay chirps, he always was trying to make a bad situation better.

"Maybe," I  sadly groan, "I was looking forward to that trip."

Jay chuckles, "to be honest I really just wanted to meet you."

I blush and giggle. FUCK! I WAS FALLING FOR HIM! SNAP. OUT. OF. IT."I really wanted to meet you too."
He chuckles the cute chuckle  we all know and love soo much
Jay and I talk for like a solid hour  until I realise my eggs were still on the stove.

I quickly run into the kitchen to clouds of smoke. "FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!" I cursed,not realising I was still on call to Jay

"What's the matter?!" Jay exclaims.

"I burnt my fucking eggs," I grunt, "I'll talk to you later. I have to deal with this."
"Okay" He chuckles

I hang up and deal with the smoke issue and the black chard eggs.

I get a knock on my door, knowing it is going to be my landlord or a neighbor asking what was the smoke coming from my apartment. I was correct.

"I saw some smoke coming from your apartment, is everything alright?" A man asks.

I've never seen this guy before, his voice was soft and he was really geeky looking. He must be one of the neighbours.

"I'm great," I sigh, "just burnt something."

He chuckles, "I burnt stuff all the time."

The man tries to make small talk with me but I don't even listen. He finally shuts up and leaves and I gladly slam the door after he goes away.

I hate people, especially neighbors.

The rest of the day goes by normally. Getting on discord to play with Cam, Toby and John to play some Fortnite.
I needed some footage, I haven't posted in a week. People will probably start to harass me on Twitter to post, but I didn't fucking care. If they want good content, they have to wait.

"So you guys aren't going to Germany?" John asks, violently clicking his mouse.

"Nope," I disappointedly grunt, popping the 'p'.

"But we might go to Melbourne," Cam says.

"Wait what?" Toby and I say in sync.

"Oh! I forgot to tell you guys, well shit." Cam snorts,completely forgetting to tell us, "Ryan called and said there is an ESports event going on and they want us to come."

"So we are going?!" I exclaim, sitting on the edge of my seat.

"Well I have to talk to the guys about it," Cam says, "but if they all agree, then yes."

I almost jump out of my seat and scream, but I would probably get another noise complaint and then kicked out. I bite my lip to contain my excitement.

I continue to play Fortnite but I was like a god, doing some risky McCreamy plays and actually succeeding.

Cam gets us all on discord, it takes a bit but eventually we are all on.

Cam explains what is going on, and I actually listen this time."So are you guys all in?" Cam asks.

We all agree to it.

Ryan and Sam, our managers, join the discord call and explain everything again, this is where I half-ass listen.

"Alright well then you boys are going to Melbourne," Ryan says.

I clear my throat a bit load

"And girls" Ryan adds,noticing me clearing my throat

We all cheer like we were watching a sports game and our team scored

.The guys want to play CS but I don't feel like playing , I still have to edit shit anyway. I crack my knuckles and back and get down to business, editing like a mad man on edibles.
I was  overwhelmingly excited and nervous about meeting Jay for the first time in person, I tried to think of reasons why he wouldn't love someone like me but I just couldn't think of any.

Later that day I get a discord call from Jay ,I instantly accept hoping he forgets to turn his face cam off but he didn't

"Hey Bonnie!" Jay exclaims the minute I join

"Hey Jay what's up?" I ask , slowly blushing

"Are u excited for Melbourne?"

"Hell yeah,  I'll finally be able to see you." I exclaim almost shouting down my mic

"I can't wait to meet you too." He chuckles "I finally be able to see the girl of the cute laugh"

I smile and blush even though he can't see me

I softly chuckles as I peer over at the time on my phone, that read 1.03am

I heard him yawn in mic as I put my phone back down."You tired?" Genuinely tired myself.

"Yeah ," He says as he lets out a small giggle

"You should probably go to sleep, you have a pretty fucked sleeping schedule anyways you don't want to make it worse." I chuckle

"Yeah I know." Jay says"Goodnight Bonnie"

"Goodnight Jay."

As I said that he leaves the call.
