"And now, we would like to mention there is going to be a dance this November," the transfigurations professor says.

Stan and I both groan at the same time.

"So, learning to dance is apparently a requirement," the professor says.

"We have O.W.L.S this year. Do we have to?" Stan asks.

"Yes. Now, partners," the professor says.

I get up. Stan smiles and starts sat.

"Hey," I say.

I give him a hand.

"You up for it?" I ask.

He looks shocked.

"I-Sure," he says.

"I don't think they will allow-," Professor says.

"But it's allowed here," I say.

I drag him to the middle.

"I mean... I guess," Professor says.

Partners start going around us.

"Alright. So what you're supposed to do is-," the professor starts.

Someone puts the music on and as the professor tries to put it off, it keeps getting louder.

"Fine! Let's see how you can do already!" Professor yells.

"I'll lead," I say, seeing how scared Stan is.

"Thanks," he responds.

I put a hand on his side, I swear, he is small enough to make this fairly easy. He basically is the height of a tallish girl.

"One two three," i start, listening to what the rhythm is.

I take one step forward, looking at my feet. Left, right, right, back, forwards, spin, left, left, back, forwards, right right, spin, left, left, back, forwards, right, left, right, left, back, back, spin, forwards, left, right, right, forwards, spin, left.

"Holy shit this is harder than anything I know," Stan mutters.

I laugh and continue, left, right, back, forwards, spin, back, back, back, left, left, right, forwards, spin, forwards, back, forwards, right, left, right, right, spin, left, forwards before ending it.

"Well done. A few of you should try to learn a little more but good overall. Now, Cicapoo! Who knows how it goes?" Professor asks.

"I do," Stan says.

"Why?" I ask, laughing.

"Because it's something we got taught in school," Stan says.

"I mean I do too but-," I say.

"Great! You two should show us how to do it!"

Stan sighs and takes my left and right hand so we're the right way around.

"So you're gonna be the girl?" I ask.

"I'm shorter and it's more fun," Stan says.

I roll my eyes.

"Could we get the music?" I ask.

It starts and we do it. Four steps forwards, feet left and right, four steps forwards, feet left and right, clap, 3 steps towards the middle, clap, 3 steps back, hand up so Stan can spin under and repeat.

"Well done! Now, everyone into a circle. We need to do this!"

Stan and I stop in front of Bebe and Baahir, behind Nichole and Token.
