2 weeks later, for their surprise, Alie didn't show up. Or at least that's what they thought. Alie knew exactly where they were. They were exactly where she wanted them to be. Specially Hope. Such a strong mind in such a fragile body.

Over the days, Hope's fever didn't get lower and they knew it had something to deal with Alie, they didn't just know what.

"Hey." Jordan said, entering Hope's room. Or the main room. Hope was the only one who used the bed and sometimes Bellamy laid there with her, but he has been distant from her. Spending more time with Clarke, which didn't surprised Hope — but it did hurt her.

"Hey there." Hope said, trying to sit up. "More Algae?"

"It's the only think Bellamy knows how to do" Jordan laughed and Hope nodded. "Come on, don't be like that."

"Like what?" She grumbled.

"Like not caring about the Algae because you're jealous of Bellamy and Clarke."

"I'm—I am not jealous of Bellamy and Clarke." She grumbled, sitting up carefully.

"That's the fever talking." He smiled a little at her, giving her the Algae. "There's nothing to be jealous about, Hope. I promise you."

"Well, then why is he there instead of being here?" She crossed her arms.

"Why did you tell him that you were into Octavia?" He grumbled back.

"How do you even know that?" Hope asked, chocking on her Algae.

"Guy talk." Jordan shrugged.

"I wanted.. I don't know. Maybe I did it to tease him, maybe I wanted to push him away. Look, Octavia is hotter than hell but she's like a platonic crush."

"And Bellamy can be your soulmate." Jordan smirked and Hope rolled her eyes. "He's the first guy who likes you and you push him away."

"The first?" Hope crossed her arms, groaning.

"Fine, the second." Jordan chuckled. "Talk with him. If you want something more than what you two have—"

"Which is nothing, I may add." She grumbled. "I've known him for less than a month."

"Weren't you the one that said that it doesn't matter for how long you've known the person? The connection is what matters?" Jordan smiled walking over the door.

"That was actually Bellamy." She pointed out and Jordan rolled his eyes, walking out. "Blake!" She called, grumbling.

"I heard my name." Bellamy said walking inside of the room.

"First, close the door." She said, standing up. "Here's the thing. You said you chose between Echo and Clarke and that I was the choice. Yet, you're barely here. With me." She crossed her arms, trying to not show how that affected her.

"Are you mad that I'm not here or are you sad?" He smiled, walking over here.

"Give another step and you'll see that I'm mad." She grumbled but he gave another step which made her get tense.

"You said you were into Octavia." He crossed his arms.

"And you said you missed me. Clearly, we were both teasing each-other." She sighed.

"I was telling the truth." He looked at her eyes. "I'm not here anymore because I thought you were actually into Octavia."

"I was trying to push you away." She admitted and he uncrossed his arms.

"You didn't have to."

"Yes, I had. You were getting to closer and I was afraid that—"

"Afraid of what?"

"Afraid that you would go back at Echo or Clarke. Or both." She grumbled.

Before Bellamy could answer and turned their fight into something beautiful, a scream was heard. Octavia was screaming.

They ran outside to see what was going on and they saw Octavia holding a dagger on her hands and Echo's body on the ground.

"Octavia?" Clarke called and Octavia dropped the dagger on the floor. She turned to the rest of the group and they could see the horrified expression on Octavia's face.

"What got into me?" Octavia asked, low, terrified. She disliked Echo but she wouldn't kill her now.

"Alie." Bellamy and Hope said at the same time when they saw carved into Echo's forehead, the word "Blodreina."

"Come on, we got you." Jordan mumbled as he grabbed Octavia by her arms carefully and took her inside.

"How did you survive the torture? To not let Alie get into your head?" Bellamy asked right away to Hope.

"I had this fantasy world where no one could hurt me." Hope said low as Clarke started to dig a grave.

"We need to try that on Octavia. Bellamy, you need to take a break." Clarke said low. "We got Octavia."

"Thank you." Bellamy mumbled and he squeezed Hope's arm as he walked away to the woods, so he could mourn Echo.
