As Vader was in deep thought reading about the Sith of the past, he received a knock on his door.
Vader:Who is it?
Sidious:It is Sidious.
Vader:You may come in.
Vader said as he quickly but carefully put his materials away. He then stood up and greeted Sidious as he entered the room.
Sidious:I wish something of you in the next two weeks. I wish for you to go to the old Jedi temple and make sure no Jedi remain in the temple.
After a short moment of silence, Vader responded.
Vader:No.
Sidious was of course shocked by this response.
Sidious:No?
Sidious was confused rather then angry as he didn't know why Vader was refusing a direct order from him. Vader had never refused a direct order from Sidious, ever. The only responses given to him whenever he requested something or ordered Vader to do something were ether an as you wish or simply walking off and completing the task.
Vader:Do not get any wrong idea, Sidious. I will serve you and the empire to the best of my ability. I'm only doing a personal errand for myself.
Sidious:And, what would that be?
Sidious asked with curiosity on his mind.
Vader:A home for myself. A space where I can do most of the things I do in this room but with more space for myself for training and other practices.
Sidious took sometime to process what Vader said before he started speaking again.
Sidious:Very well. What you just explained made perfect sense. This "space" could help you become stronger in the dark side. You may take as long as you need. Just update frequently and maybe if it takes a little long, maybe you could kill two birds with one stone.
Vader:Very well. Thank you, Sidious.
