While Vader was getting his castle together, Thrawn and Trevor observing as they were quite shocked by what their higher up was doing. The rocks were forming together perfectly and the design was going perfectly with what his Grand Admiral and soldier came up with together. While he was in deep focused work mode, Thrawn and Trevor began speaking to each other.
Thrawn:So, TK-421, how did you come to associate yourself with Vader?
Trevor:Well, when I first started, I saw him coming on my first day and, since I just finished my work for the day, I simply introduced myself to the guy. He's simply quite a guy, I know. But, I know he cares. He just doesn't want us to be stupid.
Thrawn:True. I simply came into contact with him through a mission we had to do together.
Trevor:Same here. In fact, we did a mission together since there was need for another trooper needed for his squad on that mission we had to do. Were you there?
Thrawn:No. I was managing other business concerning military training. Our mission together happened way later. He was interesting to say the least.
Thrawn said as we see Vader doing his work on his castle.
Thrawn:Like me, Vader prefers to do things on his own. Your attitude, mind you, aren't the reason why Vader does not respond to your little remarks. No, he's just quiet.
Trevor:Ya know, maybe that's why he's making this place. Maybe it's just another way for him to get away from people and be by himself.
Thrawn:Smart guess. Thought the same thing myself.
The castle is nearing completion while the two men were talking. It was fitting as to where his fortress was as Mustafar was in fact home to a locus of the dark side and the area was rumored to have an ancient Sith cave that was sited on the planet, at least according to Sidious. In fact, the castle was being built on the rumored site of the cave. As he continued the building process of his castle, Thrawn was still talking with Trevor.
Thrawn:So, what other military work have you done?
Trevor:Well, I started in the Imperial academy when I was fourteen. This was my way of trying to help the galaxy, nothing more. Then, at sixteen, I officially became a member of the Stormtrooper Corp. For five years, I was a proud member of the Empire, trying to make the galaxy a better place and giving a better life for my family as the family who put me into this galaxy sadly were taken away when I was young.
Thrawn:You and me both.
Trevor:Huh?
Trevor said as he turned towards Thrawn.
Thrawn:I've been there, trust me. You of all people remind that of me. I've lost people as well and that is why I wish to make the galaxy better through fair order.
Trevor:Wow. I'm sorry.
Thrawn:You don't have to be. You weren't responsible. You and I just took it differently. That is what separates you and I other then our personalities and our ways of life.
Trevor:Well, who knows? Maybe you might be more similar to me then you or I thought.
Thrawn:Keep dreaming, soldier.
Trevor:Will do, Admiral.
Vader:Are you two done?
Vader said as he caused the men to turn towards him and see that he was finished with the castle.
Trevor:How'd you do that?
Vader:This is who I am, as well as deep studying on how I want the castle to look like.
Vader then turns around and walks to the castle, signaling to the two men to join him as they continue building the fortress.
