This next chilling tale is about a young man who gets tired of being a good samaritan and makes some frightening changes.
Jerod was tired of being a joke at work. He was always referred to as the goody two shoes and he was tired of it. He went home one night after work and all he could see in his mind was his co-workers laughing at him. For weeks, he thought about how to embrace evil and have people fear him.
One night after he got off of work he went home to prepare for an interesting adventure. He made his way in the dark to one of his co-worker's homes and made his first kill. Even after several murders in the neighborhood no one even remotely suspected him, after all, he was a saint in everyone's eyes.
One night he saw a group of people coming out of a church and he had a strong urge to kill one of them. He thought about it and decided on a young man that seemed much like himself in the past. He followed the man home without him knowing. He found an unlocked window once the man was in bed and climbed inside to attack him.
Jerod thought it was going to be an easy kill but he was sadly mistaken. "You think you know me, don't you? I am not the mild-mannered saint that you think I am. I have been going to church to fool my neighbors. You and I are a lot alike, but there can only be one." Jerod was taken by surprise. Obviously, there was a big difference between them. This man had embraced evil long ago. Jerod knew this because within seconds he was laying on the floor bleeding to death as the man laughed at him.
