Marella POV

The room was dark. Not the faint kind of lights dark but pitch black kind of dark. It had filled the room with a scary kind of feeling. A kind of feeling that made you want to run away to puke or just to cry. Suddenly the lights lurched on and a group of students screamed. It was a decent amount of kids. For they had screamed because a green skinned goblin had jumped forward and screamed soon it then peeled off it's face. It was just a mask. The man underneath was Professor Rosing the drama club teacher. I smiled an Dex finched from beside me.

"Welcome everyone!" He shouted and his words echoed around the room. "Welcome to Drama Club!...okay that sounded a little lame out loud but it didn't in my head." We all laughed. I was liking him. Professor Rosing was pretty funny from what I heard. I have never have Professor Rosing as a teacher before. Never. Dex leaned into my ear.

"I am glad we're here instead of stupid PE." He whispered loudly and I tries to kept a straight face but I bursted out giggling. Luckly Professor Rosing didn't notice or he probably didn't cared. My eyes scanned the people here. Biana and Fitz Vacker were here. So were Keefe Sencen and Tam Song. I was surprised I thought they hated drama or acting. They just seemed like those type of people who would hate it. Maybe they did it as a dare. Who knows? I shrugged. For me, I loved acting. Acting was my life, I had been in some movies before but my parents wanted me to continue my education before I move in on a career. It wasn't a shocker, they always put my education first. Linh Song was there, not surprisingly if her brother wasn't there then she wouldn't be there. The new girl Sophie Foster was there as well. She looked a little sad and in grief, she was standing a little off to the side of the group by herself and I felt sorry for her. I nudged Dex and pulled him towards her. We stood there next to her and she nodded at us, I nodded back and Dex awkwardly waved.

"Today we'll be voting on the muscial we'll doing this year." Professor Rosing continued and class nodded in unsion. "Any suggestions?" Linh's hand shot up before minw could. "Miss..."

"Song. Linh Song." She said, "I was thinking maybe we could do the play version of Victor Hugo's book Les Miserables. We were talking about it in Professor Forkle's class." She said with a sweet smile. Professor Rosing nodded approvingly.

"We could..." he said.

"We could do Grease?" Someone in the back of the crowd shouted.

"Or Phantom Of The Oprea?" Someone else added on to the list. Mr Rosing nodded but raised a eyebrow at us.

"It doesn't matter which one we do, it matters of which one you guys want to do." He said, his words imprinted on my heart and soul. "Its following the heart not the brain."

"Then Les Miserables," my voice peeped up. Everyone turned to stare at me. They nodded. "Its sounds reasonable too. More people will have a decent part." I reasoned with them.

"Yeah lets do Les Miserables." More voice chorused with mine.

"Then the vote is final. I guess it's Les Miserables for Foxfire's school play this year."
