Both of them were right behind my tail, one yelling out curses like it's his fuel while the other silently glared, both advancing forward in a newfound speed.
"Oh shit."
Final Exams were drawing nearer and nearer as the days went. But throughout that time, nothing really happened. Just lessons, lessons and more lessons to prepare us.
It was another regular school day with droning lessons and drowsy classmates, you could just imagine the still silence in the classroom topped with the continuous drone from the teachers.
Currently, it was lunch time.
"I didn't study at all!!"
Turning my attention to the sudden commotion by the front of the class, I spot Kaminari clutching his head and whining in distress about him going to fail the exams. Ashido was next to him, hands lazily supporting the back of her head as she laughed.
Within the class ranks, Kaminari was 21/21 while Ashido had gotten a close 20/21.
"Indeed." That was Tokoyami, who also broke into nervous sweat from not having studied. His class rank was 15/21.
With their own conversation, both Sato and Koda were also chatting about the exams. Saying how midterms weren't difficult since with all the recent events. The both of them had gotten 13/21 and 12/21 respectively.
"Sucks that there's gonna be a Practical Exam too." With newfound smugness, Mineta spoke up with his direction facing the window, his back turned to the class as he snorted.
What was shocking was that he actually gotten a 10/21, I honestly never expected him to even break it through the tenth's.
"You know, I'm still questioning your honesty on actually getting tenth place. All I see is you either sleeping, or slipping porn magazines behind your books to read in class." I said, remembering back to a few classes that I had caught him doing so.
"EXACTLY!" Both Kaminari and Ashido exclaimed, agreeing to my statement while saying other things towards the purple haired boy.
A small snorting sound came from Todoroki next to me, both of us having just finished packing up to hear the whole conversation about exams. Todoroki, with how studious he is, had gotten 5/21in the class.
"I thought I was the only one that noticed Mineta doing that." He smirked, chuckling slightly as he looked at me.
"It's quite obvious. The perks of sitting at the back, you get to see everything." I chuckled as well, watching as how a smile slowly came up to his lips, giving him a more bright and less emotionless look.
'He's been smiling more and more...'
The fluttering in my stomach snapped me out of my staring, quickly looking away to block Todoroki from seeing my blushing cheeks.
