Leo's POV
Everyone was at my house by 3:30, except for Annabeth and Percy. Only one of those shocked him though. Percy had told us that he had detention and would be late, but that he'd come at 4:30 with donuts so we were all pretty much fine with it. Annabeth being late is what shocked us. She was always early. Even if she's going to wake up early, she still is earlier. This was totally unlike Annabeth. By 4:42, Percy came with a box of donuts.
"Sorry that I'm late. I had stupid detention and the line at the donut shop was so long! Then this kid started having a fit in the store and- Wait where's Annabeth?" Percy asked, looking around nervously. Just then, Annabeth burst through the door, out of breath.
"I'm so sorry guys. Luke and Thals picked me up after school and made me do homework with them or I'd get in trouble with my mom. Anyway, then Luke talked to me and then I left and ran here." she said and grinned at the last part, as if proud.
"Annie, what'd Luke talk to you about?" Percy hesitantly asked.
"Don't call me Annie! And well..." she said before blushing mad red. "He asked me out! After all these years, I'm finally going out with him!" The look on Percy's face said it all. He was furious, jealous, and had a hint of betrayal written on his face.
"Umm.. Who wants to play Truth or Dare?" I asked, trying to lighten the mood. Everyone nodded.
"I'll start since it's my house. Annabeth, truth or dare?" I said.
"Dare." she replied.
I smirked and said, "I dare you to kiss the hottest guy in the room." She glared at me. She kissed someone's cheek, and who it was surprised me.
