In this noisy world , daily self-care is also seeking calm and glorifing your alone time , it's giving yourself the opportunity , to tune in , in order to follow your intuituion and to do your best .
Nevertheless, seeking calm is not always easy and requires a determination to turn off all the noise we constantly surround ourselves with, and for me: tea time is calm time .
You can also spend time in nature , to relax and let go of the resentment of your day !Listen the birds chirpping in the morning as you open your blinds to get some light and fresh air!
Seeking calm is also calming your frenetic mind and for that writing and making lists is my daily reward.
